Sleeping arrangements

This single level home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, offering a flexible setup for families or groups. The layout is designed for comfort and ease, with no stairs inside the home. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage help you settle in comfortably.



Outdoor living

Life naturally extends outdoors in this oceanfront setting. Enjoy access to the outdoor pool or head directly to the nearby beach for a day by the water. Your private patio or balcony offers space to relax, dine, or unwind in the fresh air. A backyard area, outdoor dining space, hammock, and BBQ grill create inviting spots to gather. Beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak add to the experience.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space for preparing meals, paired with a dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Whether you are cooking or enjoying takeout, the setup supports everyday convenience.

Bathroom essentials, hot water, and thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades and a safe contribute to a comfortable stay. Central air conditioning keeps the space cool, while a TV offers simple entertainment.



Work & extended stays

Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected. An in-unit washer and long term stay availability support both short visits and extended stays.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-Pets are not allowed



-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night.



-Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.







-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
