Waterfront Balcony, Close to Beach and Pier 60, Pool, Hot Tub, Free Parking ~ 206 Harborview Grande

Everything was great! Easy check-in, beautiful apartment with the best view of the water — we even spotted dolphins! The beach is just 10 minutes away, the pool is excellent, and the kitchen staff were wonderful. The main bathroom is also a highlight. A couple of minor things worth noting for improvement: the mattress in the main bedroom was a little creaky, the tap in the second bathroom appeared to have a slight leak, and the floors could use a bit more attention. But these are small details that, once addressed, would make this apartment truly unbeatable!!!

We had a great stay in Clearwater, you're condo is absolutely beautiful. We really loved watching the dolphins. We will definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family.

Space: Good overall space for three adults and two children. Location: Close proximity to beach, restaurants, and Pier 60. Preparation: The condo is fully equipped with the exception beach towels. Unfortunately you will have to pack beach towels if staying in this condo. Very much an inconvenience. Cleanliness: Most areas were clean, however, the floors and bathrooms did not meet my expectations.

We truly enjoy staying at this condo. This was the 3rd year we stayed in it for 4 weeks. Hope to return again next year’

Beautiful inside and out. Comfortable bedrooms and eating/entertainment areas. Well-stocked kitchen. The master bath is luxurious. So much to do and many eating options within walking distance made for a lovely, low stress vacation.

Wonderful space, enjoyed seeing dolphins from the balcony. The weather was chilly and the pool deck was always in the shade so we didn't get use those facilities. Host was responsive when we had a question. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for our family of 6! Older kids could explore Clearwater, and the little kids loved the beach, heated pool and hot tub. Plenty to do and see, and the condo codes made things so easy for us to come and go. We flew in from MD so we were super thankful for the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon!

Everything was perfect location and the space! I would definitely come to this location again if we are in Clearwater.

The balcony view was my favorite thing. Did see some dolphins which was my favorite moment. We were in for a family wedding and the condo worked perfectly. We had a wifi issue due to the equipment and the property was on it getting fixed asap. Awesome communication and we would definitely go back again to this condo.

Easy to check in, nice view of the bay!

Check in was well instructed and no issues. The area is very convenient and close to all you need plus the beach! It had everything we needed and more! Large enough for our needs and beds were comfortable. We have stayed in many places and this was one of the most seamless without issues and had everything we needed. Would really recommend this property and management. Thank you!!

First off let me say thank you to Christine for her super prompt response to a few issues I had let her know about. I had let her know about the front door not closing or locking, a broken toaster, badly rusted beach chairs, and a broken beach wagon and she showed up a few hours later with all new equipment, which was very much appreciative. So for my review, the condo is beautiful. You can tell it’s been completely remodeled painted new living room dining room furniture. It’s in a great location walk ability for Clearwater beaches. Unbelievable. They had plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Was a very enjoyable stay I would really have to say my only negative response to my whole trip there Was not having any beach towels in the condo.

An amazing property, our two boys (10& 6) especially enjoyed seeing dolphins from the deck! We also really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards and floaties!

This condo was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space, it has been recently renovated and is really nice, the mattresses were comfortable, there is a closet with lots of beach supplies and it is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Saw manatees and dolphins while sitting on the deck. The condo is comfortable and stocked for convenience. Close to so much. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

They condo was perfect and great location!

Excellent condo

Location was great. Condo needs a thorough cleaning. Floors dirty when we arrived. Dust is very thick throughout condo. Heavy on walls, cabinetry, and closets. Elevators were not working properly when we checked in and pool was closed for repairs. We were disappointed and would not stay here again.
