Stayed May 15, 2026The rooms were not very clean due to spider webs being in most corners of the living room/other rooms. There was no complimentary bathroom essentials even though the listing said there would be. The grill was not clean at all. Overall it was decent for the price but does not seem to be upkept very well at all. The Wi-Fi was good, there were no issues with it. Really nice neighborhood. View of the golf course was really cool.

Stayed May 2, 2026Place was clean and enough beds for our crew. Deck was a nice retreat and grill was excellent. The upstairs air conditioner which i didnt know existed were never turned on. Thank god we were there in early May. Upstairs shower didnt have hot water. There were two other showers. The washer couldnt wash more than two shirts without shaking itself against the wall and it still really didnt wash anything. Easy walk to the beach. Villas neighbors were pleasant and bike friendly.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025PROS: clean, updated decor, very nice location, short walk to beach, reasonably priced, gas grill w/ 2 propane tanksCONS: smoke alarms not functional, no welcome book, mattresses soft & lumpy, mattress pads stained, kitchen cabinet paint peeling, old pots, pans & utensils, missing common utensils and small kitchen appliances, plumbing issues
