Place was perfect for our family

Stayed from June 23rd to the 28th. The property is exactly as described. The condo was clean. Had fun seeing the tarpon and nurse sharks right at the docks. Just a 10min drive up the road to area restaurants and grocery stores. Already planning another trip.

Nice Property that was clean, quiet and well equipped

Loved this place, very clean and spacious for our family! Great views and able to walk and explore, sad to leave but would definitely recommend and come back! Mahalo!!

This condo was fantastic location with good views of marina and there were activities in our neighborhood sponsored by the community. We enjoyed comfortable accommodations with lots of beach supplies like chairs and a soft cooler. The kitchen working area by fridge and stove is cramped but lots of island area for seating/eating. The patio is fully screened but not blocking views, the bedding and towels were high quality. Wish we had a bathroom door in main suite. We had beers in the fridge for us to use! A few coffee pods for the Kurig and other coffee available to use. There was an elevator too for our 3rd floor location. We were able to check in 2 hours early and the staff was friendly and there were options for eating and getting some shopping in. Beautiful homes in the community with the grounds nicely groomed. Definitely recommend the tuna nacho at the Angler’s restaurant, they cooked our tuna we caught the day before and it was amazing! Thanks for a great experience! Close to lots of attractions also.

Excellent property. Very clean. Comfortable beds and couches. Equipped kitchen.Wifi wasn't working while we were there.The view of the marina was incredible.Easy walk to the Marina restaurant. Lovely walking on the Hawks Cay property.

Spacious, clean, serene, beautiful w a great view. Plenty of amenities like soap. Only issues were spotty wifi (prob affects the area, not just this place), no door on master bathroom (even a curtain on a tension rod would’ve helped), and ran out of tp. Still a solid 5/5.

Very good communication with host, before and during the rental. Beautiful location with nice view from the screened-in deck/lanai. Very large too!Only negative was that the elevator was inoperable; not the fault of the host, however. The guests abide.

The condo at Hawks Cay Resort was everything you could ask for. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds. John was quick to answer and resolve any issues that we had. We would recommend and hope to stay again when our travels take us to the Keys again.

Great condo. Had everything we needed. Loved its central location in the keys.

John was quick to respond to each question we had before arriving at the condo. We loved having a view of the marina, walking the grounds of the resort, and finding well-kept and available pickleball and tennis courts. We cook meals on vacation and found the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed.

The condo was AMAZING!! We loved the spending time on the lanai and available space for the value was incredible!

The unit was very clean and had an awesome view of the water off the beautiful balcony. Plenty of room for all of us! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (but no separating door) with laundry. There were chairs, some beach games, and a cooler for use. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We will definitely return!

Very nice place and great location. Duck key is very self sufficient, other than lack of a grocery store (Publix and winn dixie are about 20 min away). Condo is well appointed and comfortable. Only 2 relatively minor issues. First, we are a family of 5. The living area, though, only comfortably seats 4 (comfortably as in settling in to watch a movie rather than just chatting). A full sofa instead of a double recliner would be nice, at least as far as our family size. Second was the thermostat, as it went blank off and on. Air handler was still blowing and outside temp was wasn't bad, but it did get a little stuffy a couple nights. As it was at the end of our stay, not a big deal. And my message to the host was promptly answered, so communication was good. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything was clean and they provided so much. Sitting in the screened in porch while looking out at the water or watching boats come and go was the best.

Love the location

This was the 2nd time my family has stayed in this unit and we will again. The host was always easy to reach when needed and very accommodating and the condo was spotless. We had a great trip and can’t wait to come back.the fishing was fantastic.

Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days.

Clean place nice area near marinas. Only issue was the smoke detector leaked water while we were out and wouldn't stop beeping.

The condo itself was very comfortable for all 6 of us. The host was responding to inquiries, which was quite helpful. We would return to this location.

We had a wonderful time in Duck Key. The condo was really comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. The only improvement we would suggest is to add a door to the bathroom in the bedroom with the bathroom.

This property has an awesome location very close to the marina. It is also very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view from the porch is spectacular!!

Traveled with my wife and in-laws to Florida Keys for a family wedding. Was our first visit to Florida Keys and this condo was perfect! The place is in pristine condition and had everything needed while there. The pictures in posting don't do this place justice and is 5-star. Location was also great as it wasn't in a populated area and a short-drive to anything you need. Highly recommend for all ages as the toddler with us was able to roam around the condo without any concerns for their safety as the patio is well protected. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we visit the Florida Keys again!

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights. Cable had been turned off since 2024, the WiFi was not connected. Owner fixed the WiFi issue but it was so weak that none of the TV’s would stream- making for very boring rainy periods for our 3 kiddos. Hall sink and one of the master sinks had zero pressure and there is no door to the master bath- only the door to the room. The “view” from the wrap around porch was of cranes and a construction zone- which started work at around 7am every morning of our stay. Lastly- the property listing includes photos of the Hawks Cay resort map. Beware- this listing will not allow access to many of the resort amenities. Overall- pretty bad stay.

Very clean property, nicely upgraded and maintained. We loved spending time on the screened in patio. There is a new washer-dryer, and the owner was kind and communicative. Would stay here again!

We just returned from a Spring Break get-away to Duck Key. This condo was perfect for myself ], husband and our niece (13) and nephew (11)! The floor plan was very conducive with large/modern bedrooms and bathrooms and terrific extra space on the back deck. Our host was very responsive on the morning when we had trouble locating the toaster! He helped us locate it within 30 minutes of the initial communication! Lovely place to stay!!!

Short trip to the Florida Keys. This place was clean and had everything we needed!

The condo was well appointed and immaculately clean! Having traveled by air there are several items we simply could not bring. We found so many extras like a large cooler and beach bag even pickle ball set up. Those items really helped us enjoy our over all stay in FL for the off times of the wedding events. Thanks again for the thoughtfulness!

We had an amazing time at the VRBO! The unit was as it was advertised. Enjoyed our time.

Three single women enjoyed the condo. Nice to have an elevator to go up three floors. Three bedrooms meant that we each had our privacy. The spacious lanai was super with a nice space for meals and conversation. Nice property for walking or biking. Convenient location to Marathon, where we found some interesting activities - Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, and the Turtle Hospital. All three had very interesting guided tours. We enjoyed a day trip in Key West - 1.5 hours drive each way.

Thank you for taking care of us. Barn door on the twin rooms doesn't give to much privacy if you are adults. But lovely view of the balcony. Great communications from the host.Really will go out of their way to fix any incident you have. Is worth the start.

Very nice property, pleasant view !

We stayed here for a long weekend to check out Hawks Cay as our daughter is getting married in March there. Place was as described and worked well for us. Only thing I would add is a curtain between the master bedroom and bathroom. Didn’t need anything else, all was there and would rent again.

HIGHLY recommend this rental unit! Gorgeous views, huge wrap around porch and comfortable beds. We loved this unit. Was easy to park and access via elevator, and so comfortable to come home to after exploring other islands. We had friends staying in a little house across the street, and they were envious of our rental! A walk down the dock in the morning and you can greet the manitee that lives there. We also met many people staying on boats there, such a safe and friendly area. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We were actually the only ones in the entire building during our stay. So it was very peaceful. Great marina view. For our trip, very convenient to locations both north and south of Duck Key. Nice area for walking.

Very nice area but unable to access amenities of the resort. No access to pool.and unable to rent Kayaks to explore the cove. and unable to fish on site.

The highlight of the condo is the wrap around screened porch. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms roomy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed here for our niece's wedding. The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The balcony has a breathtaking view of the emerald Florida Keys water. I had to communicate with the property manager and received a quick and accommodating response. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we wish I could have stayed longer!!

The only issue was that we understood that we would have access to the resort amenities due to the description on the posting. We found this to be untrue by the resort staff and confirmed with the host. Overall the place was great and we really enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful time and loved staying here, 6 adults and plenty of room, would have liked more seating as it’s advertised for 6 people and only had 4 bar stools and 4 for the outside table as well. The owner was super quick in answering any questions you had. I definitely would go back, just a nice central location to the Keys.

Beautiful place and fantastic views! Very well equipped with everything we needed. Good location and close to everything the Keys has to offer. A few cons: you have NO ACCESS to the pool areas. While it listed this at the very end of the description, it can be easily missed. This was VERY disappointing to our group. Also, there is only seating for 3 people in the living room. This needs to be addressed by the owner since the unit is listed as “sleeps 6”. Also, parking is VERY tight, especially if you have a minivan or SUV.

The condo was nice and clean, however the WiFi was a little weak…movies would keep buffering. Also phones would not pull up basic sites even though connected to WiFi. The elevator had issues…got stuck between floors…doors didn’t open for a good minute while the motor strained and the numbers toggled between 2nd and 3rd floor. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Washer/dryer is a little small and it was located in the master bathroom so not convenient for the other people in the other rooms.

Overall we had a great time while staying in the condo. It was a excellent place to call home for the week with everything we needed and more.
