Great location and clean! We enjoyed our first stay at Boyne Mountain and plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and pool.

Our group consisted of 2 couples, each with two children ages 4 and 6. The bunk bed room was absolutely perfect for the 4 kids; they had a blast! The other two bedrooms provided ample space for the four adults. We could easily walk to the pool area and join our other 11 family members staying in different units. The check-in/ out process was very easy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. If you are staying with a large group the condos in this area have easy access to the lodge and the pool was absolutely fine for our family.

Overall we had a nice stay at this location. The house was clean and in a great location at the resort. The house was lacking many kitchen supplies that would have made time in the kitchen more efficient, but we made due.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Boyne. This condo is in a great location, very walkable to many things. Few minor things that could be improved but we still had a great time during our long weekend getaway.

My family stayed at this location for a ski trip in January of 2025. We loved the proximity to ski slopes and lifts. We enjoyed the water park as well. Only issue we had was Boyne management had changed the gate code. After a couple of phone calls to property manager. He have us the correct code. As far as property. The only thing was tv in master bedroom didn’t work. We just adapted to just use one in main room. Overall I would recommend this condo. Very family friendly

Great location

Good spot for a Boyne Falls winter break. Apartment was well appointed. Kitchen living area is small but manageable. Would have been good to have some form of information sheet to help with some house and local items, but we figured it out. Walk to the lifts is 5 minutes. Overall great for what we needed.

Great location!

We came in for a family wedding and truly enjoyed our stay! The condo worked out perfectly for our needs and was walking distance to the resort and close to town. The only negatives were that the coffee pot did not work so we had to purchase coffee daily. Very easy check in and check out. We will definitely return

The place was

Condo was as pictured and plenty space for 5 ladies. Comfy beds. Great loacation. Few minor things to address but nothing serious. Suggestions would b to have a welcome book with maybe some information on the resort and map. Instructuins how to work living room tv would b helpful. Most information was sent in the check in email but lacking tv info. Maybe some folding chairs for the outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again.

We enjoyed how close the pool and pickleball courts were to the condo, something the whole family enjoyed. The condo was clean, decorated well, and a nice place for our family of 10 to hang out. It’s also not too far from Petoskey/Harbor Springs area, which made for a good day trip. Would definitely stay there again.
