Walkable Adobe-Style Abode w/ Community Amenities!

My husband and I loved this place - it is very comfortable for two people. The furnishings are updated and the kitchen was very well furnished (three wine openers!). The king-size bed is just as wonderful as it looks in the picture. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and we didn't have any problems or issues with anything. For those of you wondering if it's easy to walk to the plaza, I can assure you it is very easy, and I am a 72-year-old woman with some back issues. All in all, the property is exactly as promised.

Has all that you need to feel right at home. We went skiing two days and were able to relax after and cook a nice meal. Close to all that Santa Fe has to offer!

The place is amazing - just like the pictures! All details are thought of all the way down to the paper towels and toilet paper. I know that sounds weird, but I have stayed a lot of places and that seems to be an area where owners skimp. The condo is very clean and fully stocked. The bed is comfortable and lots of extra blankets. I do not have a review for contacting the owner...because we never had to. No issues, just a clean comfortable stay. We would definitely book here again.

I’m torn about giving this review because I’d like to keep this find a top secret. . . . My spouse and I have stayed in a many rental homes across the country. Comparatively, this homes is well-appointed and very clean. Didn’t have to have contact with the rental owners or manager because they’ve thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Nonetheless, I only contacted them during the stay to let them know how pleased we were. I hope it’s available next time we come to Santa Fe!

Check in went well and we found everything with ease. Unit was well appointed and even had good sharp high quality knives ! A first in 7 years if VRBO.Great location and great views of sunsets at the park accross the street. Great location. Short moderate walk to everything. There is shortcut that involves a hill, but is manageable if you take your time. All paved even surfaces. Restaurants and Arts were wonderful, people were friendly

Prefect location just outside town. Walking distance to all that Santa Fe has to offer, yet close to Atalaya and Dale Ball hiking trails. Awesome complex, good communication from all involved.

Very comfortable and exactly as portrayed.

I stayed for an extended 60 day stay. The property was very nice, comfortable and convenient to the downtown area where my visit was centered. The surroundings were beautiful and the curbside parking was very convenient. I will book this property, if available, again as I come to Santa Fe for extended stays yearly.

Nice little condo near all the Santa Fe things.

Perfect place for my wife and I. It's at the top of a hill, but this wasn't a problem for for us walking into town. We would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming and convenient unit in Santa Fe! The location couldn’t have been better – just a short stroll to the historic Plaza, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops, galleries, and restaurants. We lost 4 hours strolling the galleries on Canyon Road! One of our favorite spots was La Mama Coffee and Wine Bar, which was only an 8-minute walk away. We loved starting our mornings with their delicious coffee and winding down in the evenings with a glass of wine. The property itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and Southwestern charm. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this listing to any couple looking for a romantic and convenient getaway in Santa Fe. We can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay from all perspectives. Jeff, our host, was super responsive, the place was an easy walk into the plaza (a little tougher getting back up the hill), location in the neighborhood near Marcy Park was perfect, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Fort Marcy condo in Santa Fe. Linda and Harris have a lovely home with everything one could want for a comfortable stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the perfect location. We highly recommend this for a Santa Fe getaway!

The unit was just the right size and very clean. Had all the amenities we needed and the location is fantastic! Historic Santa Fe is just four blocks down the hill. We rented electric bikes for the return trips up the hill and had lots of fun riding around town. The unit is exactly as described and the rental check-in and staff made it extremely easy. They went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Apparently there was an issue with the air conditioning system. They had set up two very efficient units which made our stay quite comfortable. Highly recommend this rental and will definitely rent from this company again in the future.

I rented this condo for a week in Santa Fe where the temperature was hovering above 90°. When I dropped my luggage /personal items off around 11: 00 am I immediately noticed the stale/musty odor and that the condo was very hot inside even though the thermostat was set at 76°. I lowered the thermostat to 74° yet noticed there was no option to chose between AC/Heat/Fan; just fan ON/Auto. I then left for a day trip returning at 9:30 PM only to find the condo still very hot inside; hotter than the outside temperature! There was very little air movement coming from the registers and only at room temp. I tired to open the windows to get some air movement but failed. I decided not to stay and was fortunate to return to a house I had been renting. I sent email to the owners but no response. I took pics/videos of Thermostat/outdoor AC unit not working. I returned a few days later and nothing had changed. Evolve ( Santa Fe Property mgmt) and the owners refused to return my rental fee/cleaning fee. I never received a response from the owners even though I sent a second email. I’ve traveled the world, this was the worst experience I’ve experienced!!! I’m in the process of filing a law suit for misrepresentation of the property.

Peaceful nice place to relax

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property it was as described on the site. It was quite, nice furnishings. There were a few issues we did have but we did not contact the property manager as we were typically gone by 9:00am each morning and not back to the unit until after 8:00pm. The Wi-Fi was spotty the times we were in the unit. It was an unseasonably hot week when we were there and the air conditioner could not cool down the unit and it was very hot to try and sleep even with the ceiling fan going. We kept the front blinds closed since it is a sun facing unit but it was still difficult to sleep at night.

Great location. Parking is an issue. Parking near the unit was a challenge.
