Stayed Aug 24, 2025Well to start off the check in process is very easy. We got to the condo around 6pm and checked in. The condo was clean but hot. I noticed there was not many supplies for a 5 day 4 night stay for a group of 7. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags and 2 packets of powered dishwasher cleaner as well as 1 packet of laundry soap. There was also no salt and pepper which I found kind of odd. They do provide cookware, however it was the oldest cheapest cookware andthe coating was scraped off the inside of the pan so everything stuck to the pan. The knives were all pretty dull as well we couldn't chop an apple. By day 2 I went out and purchased a pan, knife and large salad bowl. The king bed was so hard I tossed and turned the first 2 night and woke up to horrible back pain day 3 they brought a mattress topper which helped alot. The t.v in the living room does not properly work. The property is very noisy even with a 10pm quite time. I had to call the non emergency line my second night.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Overall the property was great. There were a few chips in paint on walls and furniture and some things that could be touched up, including the sprinkler on the ceiling in the living room was sticking out further. The room sizes were great and the having two full bathrooms was great. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was clean on arrival and check in process was very easy. We received the codes the day of arrival like stated. Liked that there were basic essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that I would say was an issue was the amount of towels and wash clothes there were available for 8 people. We had to do laundry a few times just to have towels available for everyone to be able to take showers. Overall location was great close to a lot of attractions, the Harbor Walk and restaurants. Would recommend the at St Martin Beachwalk Villas and renting with Real Joy Rentals. The communication was spot on with them, whenever I had a question there was always a quick response and they made the process to make the payments easy.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Checkin, door codes and rules were all very clear and easy to follow. This location accommodated my family and I exactly as we needed. Beds were comfortable and to liking. All appliances were in good working order. The pool and grilling area were enjoyable. Might suggest something to shade the grilling area. All other guests were very friendly and respectable. I will recommend this place to others. Had a great time!

Stayed May 20, 2024The condo had a great layout for all of us, really enjoyed the balcony. The short walk to the beach made our beach days so easy. It’s the best beach we have ever gone to. Water was beautiful!! Centrally located to lots of restaurants and activities.
