Welcome to Seaside Villa 301! Wake up to the sound of waves and the sight of endless blue at this 3 bedroom, 3 bath top floor oceanfront condo, just steps from the Folly Beach Pier!. You'll be staying right on the edge of the town with direct beach access next to the condo complex. Walk easily to all surf & souvenir shops, local restaurants, markets, entertainment, and all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away!

Relax in the comfortable living room where there's plenty of seating for the whole group. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and Folly Beach Pier, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Prepare delicious meals with all the necessary appliances and cookware in the fully equipped kitchen. Gather around the dining table for memorable shared meals.

The primary oceanfront bedroom features a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an en suite with a walk-in shower and large garden tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. Guests staying in the third bedroom would have 2 twin beds and use of the full hallway bathroom. This layout provides privacy and relaxation for up to 6 guests.

Located just steps from Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Try one of our local restaurants offering everything from oceanfront dining, local seafood, sandwich shops, pizza, burgers, high end dining, and more! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Wander through the surf shops and then grab an ice cream during your stroll through town. On the Pier, you can get a panoramic view of the island, see what the people fishing off the pier are catching, or get your fishing license and try your luck! Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests!

Just a short, 20-25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. This unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Elevator is not ADA compliant. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building; and a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo. **Elevator will be under construction January & February 2027.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, shared elevator, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

    The location was great - beautiful view, easy access to the beach, very walkable area to restaurants and stores. The condo was nice. We did have an issue with one of the showers, but the management company handled it for us. One suggestion I'd have is to make some space in the twin bedroom closet - there really wasn't space to hang up clothes.

    Condo was perfect but that elevator…. Please fix!!! Scary ride! Also, plumbing fixtures need work. Guest bathroom water was only scalding hot. Wouldn’t even get cold. But great location for sure just a few little details need work.

    Location and amenities were perfect for our family with young kids. Completely walkable to the beach and food/shopping on the main strip! Not to mention the perfect sunrise views from the balcony every morning.

    The location of this condo is awesome!!! Right on the ocean and you can walk to all the great places at Folly Beach. My dad is 83. This was perfect the beach is great, you can enjoy the music from the pier right on the balcony. We would definitely come back.

    Very Clean & well stocked kitchen! Bed linens & towels were all VERY NICE!! Location IS PERFECT!! Living room furnishings are quite “tired” and worn down. Sofa backs are out. They need more than a “slipcover” at this point. The leather chair in the living room is cracked & showing much wear. (Sitting on it with shorts scratches:( Everything else is spot on:)

    Property was alright. 3.5 star due to dated and wear & tear. Space was tight for the amount of furniture. However, we love the beach front location of the condo and everything else was 2ndary; we made it work. We had a wonderful time.
