Overall very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Nice perks down to detergent and dryer sheets. Loaded with beach chairs, toys, and cooler. Comfortable for a family. Bathrooms on different levels. Excellent location.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants in a matter of minutes. It was really nice to be able to use the garage because parking can be tricky, before 5:00pm, on the weekends.

We loved our stay! 4 Women on a Girls Trip. Location is perfect. Property is so clean and Natalie is so easy to work with and communicate with. She was always quick and responsive. Kitchen is well appointed. While we didn't use the beach gear, there is plenty there for your use during your stay. Hope to be back.

The host was amazing with communication - so friendly and helpful! The unit itself was well-located, easy to take beach walks, go to the pier, and so close to a number of restaurants. The flat itself was clean and well-stocked, with a gentle and pleasing ocean theme. There were a lot of little thoughtful touches throughout (night lights, facial tissues readily available, plenty of towels). It was perfect for our girls’ weekend. We would absolutely consider renting in the future if we ever find ourselves going to Pismo again!

The place was nice and clean. We loved the location. It was so close to the beach and there were so many dining options within a short walking distance. Great communication from the host. Easy check in and check out. This is our second time at this place and we would definitely book again if available on our next trip.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The condo was very nice and the beds were all comfortable. 1-2 block walk to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Our party of six adults stayed over the long weekend. Location was perfect a short walk to the sandy beach and restaurants. Only negative was Josie from the neighbors and the cars.

Wonderful stay with our family. We walked EVERYWHERE from this PERFECT location!! We could see the ocean from our side street view and walked literally 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Because of it being split level there were lots of stairs but we knew that beforehand.

We came to Pismo with our adult kids and stepson to celebrate my birthday and mother's day. The place is very well appointed and the chefs among us were able to prepare amazing food in the complete kitchen. The condo is beautiful. Beautiful! And

The house is in a great location. Parked the car and didn’t have to drive it all weekend. It is very clean and we felt very comfortable.

Annual spring vacation with family- 3 school age kids and 4 adults- Excellent location, clean, well organized, updated and pretty. Downside was that for our group it felt cramped and small; Important to be aware of is there were lots of bare wood stairs that could be slippery when damp- If you have toddlers you would definitely need to bring a baby gate- Lots of sand toys and chairs were a great bonus!

The property is very clean and inviting. We will definitely be staying again as the host is has excellent hospitality and the property is clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Perfect for a family.

This was a great location for our group of 4 teens and 2 adults. Super safe and short walk to downtown pier area, restaurants, shops etc. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage made everything really easy. The unit was really clean, kitchen was well-stocked, beds all comfortable. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance - definitely recommend Pismo Burgers & More, Wooly's, Breezeway Cafe, and Pizmo Cafe. One thing to note is that there is no master en suite bath - 3 bedrooms are roughly equal size and there is one small bathroom on each floor. It worked out fine for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time booking this condo. Great location. Easy beach access and house has some beach supplies which saves you on having to pack chairs, wagon, etc. Owner is quick to respond if you have any questions. Highly recommend for family or friends getaway.

We stayed for 4 nights in August 24. Stopped here for a few nights break during a 2 week trip down the CA coast. The arrival instructions were clear and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property is great for access to the beach, which is at the end of the street. Close to shops, restaurants and pier area. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Pismo Beach.

This cute, clean and cozy unit is locatedin easy walking distance to all of the downtown peir area and 1/2 block off the beach. Parking was very easy, plus there is a 2 car garage.

Great stay for our family, close to the beach, we as parents our children and grand children. Only downside was did not realize the number of stairs. I would recommend this for small family.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic rental property in Pismo Beach, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish! Everything about the property was exactly as stated in the listing. The house was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the abundance of beach gear available for us to borrow. From chairs to boogie boards and beach toys, everything we needed for a fun day at the beach was readily available. It made our beach outings hassle-free and enjoyable. The inclusion of remotes for the cars was another thoughtful touch, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. Additionally, the clear and precise labeling of everything on the property made it easy to find and use all the amenities without any confusion. Overall, our stay at this Pismo Beach rental was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! When we drove into town on Sunday parking was impossible. We were so happy we chose a unit close to the beach with a garage! All three bedrooms were clean and comfortable. No need for AC as there were plenty of windows to let in the ocean breeze. Within walking distance to eating and shops. Communication with Natalie was easy.
