We stayed in this condo located within Granby Ranch complex for 5 nights to visit our daughter who is working at a nearby summer camp. The views were beautiful. The Granby Ranch complex is nice and quiet. There are hiking trails in Granby Ranch, but even if staying there you have to pay to use them. The condo was fine and overall as described. The host had left coffee and some other basics which was very much appreciated. Main issues were the incredibly slow communication with Evolve (property manager). Tried to request early check-in several days in advance. It would take them 12-24 hours to respond to most texts. After we were already checked in at the normal time I finally got a text asking if we still needed assistance. Impossible to get a human on the phone. Thankfully we didn’t have any emergencies that needed immediate attention. The text said I should’ve contacted the “local contact” listed. When you call that number you get a generic voicemail and can’t reach a person. They request that you text. Also, we were a party of 2 for 5 nights. They left us ONE washcloth and ONE hand towel and ONE dishcloth. We got 4 towels so that was sufficient, but the other linens were not. We are headed back to the area in August and will probably avoid any place managed by Evolve.

Overall the stay was great. Our only complaints is that the host did not provide toilet paper and dishwasher soap. We were forced to go buy our own. This was frustrating as we were told to run the dishwasher before check out.

Went to Granby on a girls trip. We had an excellent time! The apartment was very accommodating and cute. Everything was nice and neat and amenities galore. Plenty of hiking nearby and the views are beautiful. I’m only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to not having an air conditioner. This is personal preference only. It did not state specifically that there was not one. I sleep with it ice cold at home! They did have fans and can prop open door and windows some, but it was never cool enough at night it felt like. The loft room was beautiful, but never got used due to the warmth. Again, this is personal preference. I would stay here again but definitely not with weather warmer than 75 outside.

The location we great, quiet area- not touristy like Estes park. Close to lots of things to do: hiking, horseback riding, lakes, whit water rafting. View was nice. Loved the patio, a bit on the small size but works for two people. No AC, but the evenings cooled the place down nicely. Not all the windows open, but enough to cool it down. We were given the wrong entry code, but called owner and was able to get in. The hallway outside leading to apt was a bit dark and gloomy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
