Walk to Sandfest, Shared Pools, Boardwalk to Beach

Super cute condo perfect for a family of 6. Shortest walk to the beach over the boardwalk, never having to leave the property. Easy to return from beach to condo for lunch. Condo has plenty of things you need (trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pots, and pans). There aren’t spices or condiments so be sure you pick up that stuff. Keyless entry, internet, and tvs all worked perfectly. The property has two pools, laundromat, basketball court, and grills. Would definitely recommend.

For paying a large cleaning fee - this was an exceptionally horrible experience. The condominium was so dirty (hair everywhere - in the shower/in all of the towels/on the sheets/across the floors/etc.) that we checked out a night early via text and skipped our second paid night. This meant driving home 3 hours to sleep in our own beds to avoid having to deal with a second night. It was a horrible experience for our family and really set a bad tone for our entire trip. It’s very surprising how costly the condo is, especially the cleaning fee with it being as filthy as it was. My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs if you prefer cleanliness at all and that would apply to all of the condos managed by this company. Look around further and good luck!

The unit was exactly as described and very quiet for a first floor unit. Incredibly close walk to the beach. You can even see the beach from the back porch. Everyone was very friendly so we definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Property was clean upon arrival and appreciated the updated decor. The leather couches seemed brand new. Really liked the tile floor that looks like wood. Would recommend new throw rugs in living area and by doors as they are pretty soiled. We loved the location where we could see a view of the water between the dunes (was not expecting a view from a first floor condo not right on the beach so we were happily surprised). Also loved being able to walk out the patio gate to the pool or beach. Even tennis courts and a basketball hoop. We will be back!

This condo was very nice and clean. It was plenty of space for our family of four. We appreciated the new paper and soap products for safety. This unit was very convenient to a large pool, the boardwalk to the beach (with outdoor shower to clean off after returning), and picnic tables with BBQ grills.

It’s always a hit or a miss if the spot you rent out is going to be nice but this one definitely was the nicest. It was clean and a very short walking distance to the beach. The girls walked while the guys drove with the ice chest, food and surf boards to the beach. The only very small disadvantage was that we had to drive down the beach to a spot where they didn’t have the poles. The reason being is because we had a speaker that we wanted to keep on the bed of the truck and not get it on the sand. But other than that it was perfect and will definitely rent again!!

Facility is perfect for families. Cleanliness was a problem but was met with quick response by management. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo and also the close proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend the property for a family.
