Walk to Sandfest, Shared Pool, Boardwalk to the Beach

The condo was spacious for our friends and children. It was nice to be on the ground level. Walking to the beach was a little ways away, but not too bad. The beach was nice and clean. 1

The location was perfect! Right over the dunes to the beautiful beach. Short drives to any location. Spacious and comfortable living space. A few things need a little love (fan, frying pan, front light) As a whole it was a great place to stay and no crowds at the time of our stay. Very relaxing. Suggestion: leave some brochures of places of interest or a book for guests to write in about what their experiences or favorite places to visit or things to do were.

The unit was a great size. I loved that there were four bedrooms and plenty of space. They don’t mention the 4th bedroom, I suspect because it doesn’t have windows. It is just off the living room and has a small Murphy bed. The kitchen was fairly well appointed and had all we needed to cook. We were close to the pool and all of the outdoor amenities. The downside to the unit was the level of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Your feet would literally be black without shoes. The furniture was dirty and cheap and ready to be replaced. At a minimum needed a good scrub. We washed all the bedding before using, because it looked suspect. Overall, we made due, did some of our own cleaning and had a good time. If management corrected the cleanliness of the unit, this would be an excellent value.

We stay at Island Retreat every year. This was the first time in this unit. We liked the extra space with the 4th bedroom. It was just a bit dusty in places and the floors were not very clean. May not have been cleaned for a while?? Also the main refrigerator was not working. A smaller refrigerator was there and we filled it up. One dining chair had a broken leg. We reported all this to onsite office- so hopefully all will be fixed before next visitors. We would definitely stay again…assuming a little TLC happens in the interim.

We enjoyed our stay with life in paradise! It was the perfect location with access to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Easy check in process and great front door parking. Will stay here again!

Overall goodtime easy access to beach and pool,kitchen was very useful and clean.would definitely stay again only issue was being able to contact someone about early check in(hour or so early) or late checkout(hour or so late)and if there was any handicap access.

Enjoyed the stay.

This was conveniently located at the oceanside with a boardwalk down to the water, which we really enjoyed. The internet was difficult to use. The tech guy came out and tried to help but we basically ended up using our own mobile Hotspot because it still didnt work and we didnt want to bother him again. It was very clean and accommodations were nice.

Really enjoyed staying at this place! Short walk to the beach and was really close to the pool and tennis court as well. Not sure why the room off the living room isn't mentioned in the description. It acts as a 4th bedroom and was really nice to have with our group. Really appreciated the large amount of towels, soap and trash bags that were provided. Conveniently located to several nice restaurants, if you stay here, check out Port A pizzeria! You won't be disappointed! There was some noise a couple of days from construction going on in the unit above us, but that's not the owners fault. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
