Walk to Lake 1BR, Pool, Hot Tub - Lakeland Village #104

I enjoyed the quietness and the upkeep of the property. The staff on site were very friendly.

Outstanding location, amazing & outstanding pool, outstanding beach. These items 10/10. Room is outdated & could use some updates, also, smaller than it looks & we agreed a bit overpriced but! would stay there again.

Review for summer—great location with walkable beach access and close to nearby outdoor activities/hiking. Property is off a busy main road so not as walkable with kids, but it is close to everything by car. No issues with AC, and host company responsive. Appreciated the sun umbrella and beach towels provided. Things inside are dated but mostly accurate as depicted. Main surprise was the lack of a dishwasher. Toilet seat also was slightly broken and unable to stay in the open position. Would likely stay here again in the future given location keeping in mind the above.

This is such a great location. Close to the pool/hot tub. Very close to great restaurants and grocery stores, we walked everywhere. Only drove our vehicle only one day to do site seeing. We biked to some amazing trails that included waterfalls and a bike park. Such a great vacation!

Probably one of the best furnished kitchens we've encountered. It is small though. Living room is comfortable, everything worked and is in good repair. I also can't say enough about the rental company. They are very good at communicating and follow up. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor. From first contact to last, probably the best I've met.

It was an okay place to stay..! Location was great..! The place itself needs some updating.! Not as clean as it should have been..! Overall just an average unit..!

If you’re looking for somewhere with lake and pool access without breaking the bank this spot is perfect. The beach and beachside pool/hot tub were a short walk and there is an additional pool and hot tub (usually less crowded) right next to the condo at the check in building! The small balcony (no lake view) that is accessed through the bedroom or living area sliding doors is right along the main road so if you’re sensitive to noise this may not be ideal. They did have a sound machine that was very helpful. The condo was well stocked with essentials such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, makeup cleansing wipes and laundry pods for use in nearby laundry room down the hall. We were pleased to find the unit has 2 large closets and ample hangers which was nice to keep clothes and luggage out of the way. Two kids slept on the pull out couch and no complaints. We would definitely stay in Lakeland village again!

Great overall stay the spot is super close to heavenly village and like 5 mins away from the state line where all the casinos are. It’s a great spot to be centralized to everything.

Property was as listed. Parking and check in were nice & easy. Property featured its own private beach access as well as other amenities such as pool/hot tub.

Overall good stay but underwhelming compared to the photos. Appliances were outdated.

The stay was great, everything was as described perfectly. Our dvd player was broken and they provided us a new one within an hour! Communication with the host was excellent! The only bad thing I can say is that the mattress was very hard. Maybe time for an upgrade? Everything else was wonderful! Would stay again!

Location is good except no one states in their review that the unit is approximately 30 feet from the 4 lane main road. I found I believe a few chunks of throw-up on the bedspread which I reported. A few dishes and knives were also dirty.
