Walk to Downtown Nash from The Speakeasy! Pool, Gym, Parking & More, Amazing Location

I am really struggling with this review. The property and host are excellent! The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated BUT We arrived at night off the bus. You have to avoid Middleton street where there was many groups of homeless people with crack pipes and injecting drugs. There is a Mission diagonally across street. Others have mentioned the train track which is 20 feet from your bedroom window. It is a walk from most places.so to avoid the area, you will be using a ride service. Like I said, I wish I could rate it higher but I would not want my daughter to stay here.

We liked the room decor and we had the essentials, but the location was terrible. The train was literally feet away from the rental and it went by numerous times a day at all hours of the day and night. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep. We would never stay here again. We do not recommend.

The amenities were great, most everything you needed was there. Short walk to downtown, broadway, museums, restaurants. The condo was very clean and cheerfully decorated to put one in the mood to relax and enjoy one’s stay. We got used to the noise of the trains over the time we were there and you do have to walk 7th Ave past the homeless shelter on your way to downtown.

Accommodations were very clean and nice. The place's location was exactly what we needed for the conference. Only concern with this place is the vicinity to train noise. It did interfere with solid sleeping. The app worked well for getting in the building and the condo.

This property was beautiful and exactly as depicted. Very cool/fun decor. My daughter (18) and I stayed here. Loved it! It is Nashville in a popular area so there were parties around and a train does come through you can hear but we were good with all of that but if you wanting a very quiet location just be aware of those things. Well appointed kitchen and bath and everything super clean. We loved our stay!

Great area & the cutest place to stay! Loved the decor & actually enjoyed the trains! Parking was easy & convenient, the 50% off was really nice as well. The latch app was super simple and made coming & going a breeze. The list of nearby restaurants came in handy too! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this space so much! About a 10 min walk to broadway. Recommend uber or scooters- it is located close to the homeless rescue mission.

Very clean and decorated nicely. There were plenty of supplies on hand. It would help to have signs at entrances so it is easier to determine what code needs to be used to open doors, but that it not a huge problem. We felt very safe and comfortable.

You should warn the noise level before people will book with you.

Very nice place. Decorated nicely with nice amenities and furniture. There are trains and homeless people. Great location and within walking distance to Tennessee Brew House with great food and beer.

Spotless, so clean and very comfortable overall. The amenities were great and the kitchen in particular was high end! Loved the decor the speakeasy theme. Such a fun theme! The condo complex was a good location and very secure. However, disappointed it was only a block away from a Homeless Mission/shelter and there was a large amount of loiters right outside the condo complex and walking path. That made me feel uncomfortable and would have appreciated a heads up. The noise of the train was not a problem at all.

Wonderful experience! Great location and the check in process was simple. The apartment was comfortable and cozy.

Close enough to everything in Nashville but far enough away also. Convenient to walk to the Gulch, Broadway, Frist. Was able to park in the building except one night and we parked on the street with no problem. Interesting that the building was next to the train tracks. Would get woken up once in while. Not horrible, part of the ambience. Unit and building were clean as could be. Gym was nice. I would highly recommend this building while in Nashville.

The condo was great! We LOVED the decor and style, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee out back overlooking the tracks and were able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to go. The secret cabinet was a fun surprise! We didn’t mind the train at all, so we slept just fine. We would definitely stay again!

First, the condo itself was amazing and just as pictured. However, the bedroom is right now to some rail tracks which made it hard to sleep at night even though there were soft ears provided. The train would come by about once an hour. Fortunately the property owner kindly moved us to another unit.

Our stay was effortless. The unit was clean and supplied all that we needed for our stay. A great location close to Broadway & the charming Gulch area. We would stay here again.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival. The secret door was a neat little touch. Although the trains run close by the unit they did not bother us or keep us awake at all. The secured parking area was very appreciated.

The property was amazing. We were incredibly comfortable and had all the things we needed. Kitchen is amazing. Laundry room was fantastic. Have to include that this property is right against the railroad tracks. It didn’t bother us much - but we aren’t light sleepers.

Our weekend was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean. The condo was secure and made us feel extremely safe. We will definitely be coming back.

Pool area with cabanas is really nice. This unit was exceptional clean and professional decorated which is why it gets a 5 star. The gulch location is of course wonderful. This comment could not be totally complete without mentioning the only possible negative, the train. The train rolls just below this unit. Since I lived next to tracks, this was a comforting positive experience. I would absolutely stay again.

Lovely condo and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Great kitchen with every gadget! Spacious and sleek. We had a great time!

Great property with lots of charm that is conveniently located. I would stay here again but the train is no joke and literally idles directly outside the bedroom. You can hear and hear and feel the train. So if you are looking to sleep in or have perfect sleep this may not be the place for you. That said, I loved everything else and will likely stay here again in the near future.
