Good place. Clean. If it were us, the tile floor needs to be replaced. I took a picture of a spot where the tile was coming up asap we got there. Otherwise it was good.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood - close to beaches. Beds are very comfortable, living room furniture not so much. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Very nice lanai. The flooring needs to be replaced - it is buckling and starting to separate. We appreciated the shark tooth hunting tools, cooler, and beach chairs. Some of the chairs have seen better days - we donated a new one. Overall, a good home base while enjoying beautiful Venice.

I couldn’t have asked for more from a rental! The owner is incredibly responsive, the house was spotless and had everything I needed, and the location was just blocks away from beaches and downtown! Would definitely stay there again!

This place suited all our needs

Great property in a great location. Well furnished and quite comfortable. Would stay there again. Only a couple of minor things to point out. The mattress in the primary bedroom may need replacing in the near future and the vinyl flooring in the kitchen is beginning to pop up. Easy fixes for an ideal rental. We enjoyed our stay there!

It was a great place in an excellent neighborhood close to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with pans and small appliances. Owner provided a portable crib and highchair for our young grandson. Beach chairs and shark tooth finding stuff made were a bonus! Would stay again!

We took two of the bikes to the beach so that we didn't need to fight with traffic and parking, which was very convenient. The back porch and hose were great for rinsing out the dive gear and shells, and letting them dry. The car port is also fantastic for loading and unloading in the rain, and the screened in back porch is great for enjoying the beautiful weather without the bugs. The grill you share with the neighbor worked well as well. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the sliding door, which doesn't slide smoothly.

It’s a quiet neighbor hood. Nice on the inside and so many small extra things that just makes your visit complete. There was a box fan in closet ( which we need for sleep) so didn’t have to purchase one. There are sifters for shark tooth hunting and bikes and beach chairs. Would definitely rent again! All the small things make for a easier vacation so thank you

Very nice residence. Very close to the beach & Sharky’s. Fell in love with the patio area… we stayed out there a lot! Had everything you needed for a nice vacation.

Clean space with everything you need to feel at home. Bikes were great for getting to shopping and the beach.

Nice quiet area. Close to beaches and nature park. Because of Hurricane Helene and renovations, Sharkeys was closed. Location great for visiting nearby friends as well as downtown Venice. Really enjoyed the nearby Airport Cafe, Coffee Truck, and Mercatos Vintage store.

The property was convenient and served the purpose. The place could sure use some TLC, especially the back patio. The throw rugs and flooring in the kitchen need to be replaced, they are too far gone and bring the ambience down. It was a good place to stay, but glad I have moved on

We had a great time and found lots of shark teeth. The house is beautifully furnished and one can get to the beach in 5 minutes. We were also very grateful that we had a carport.

We loved the house and lanai which is roomy, well equipped and nicely furnished. Also it had the added bonus of a car port which kept the car cool! If you have children there are lots of equipment for the beach, noodles, belly board, sieves for searching out sharks teeth on the local beach ( which I used and found some sharks teeth for my grandkids in UK) Also beach chairs and umbrella! Everything was a short drive away. - beach 2 minutes, Publix 4 minutes. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend.
