Whoever does cleaning is not very good....i felt i should not have had to pay cleaning fee...the view of docks was not good view as i was told would be...not really nice looking out at docks not good view at all would have liked to look out at just lake..disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ledges! The view was Amazing! Location to all the events for The LOTO WAS PERFECT! Hope to come back next year

This units needs alot of updating. Ceiling fans need to work properly. Cleanliness was a concern as found food under cushions of love seat. Difficulty regulating AC to stay at one temperature.

We had a great time. Condo was above expectations! Will definitely stay here again!

The unit was great with many amenities and a terrific view from the balcony of the lake and the boat slips. We would like to stay here in the future.

The condo is very comfortable, clean, and has a great view. It is a nice place to kayak in one of the quieter inlets, but you can see the main channel and take a boat out there too. We really enjoyed our stay!

I love this property. I was so quiet and peaceful. The Ledges is a great place to stay. It was just waht I needed.

We would definitely stay here again. Overall the place was absolutely wonderful. There are a few things that need addressed. Front BR ceiling fan had no light pull chain. Had to unscrew bulbs to run at night. MBR ceiling fan was so noisy it was impossible to run at night. Both bath tubs are very slick & need mats. Balcony door to MBR does not lock.

The property was perfectly located to look down on the marina, boats and Ozark lake. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to another visit.

Property was as listed but there was construction going on that we were not aware of which made access to the property difficult. We parked our boat trailer on the 3rd level as directed and the construction crew blocked us in with materials. Bedding in one of the rooms was covered with leaves and debris. No information was given as to boat ramps to put our boat in the lake. No parking passes were given and the property manager did not respond when asked about them. But we came in off-season so that might not have been an issue. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for a short weekend get away.

Nice place by the lake. Easy to find. No issues getting into the unit. Loved seeing the turtles off the deck every morning.

Everything was as advertised. The host was great with great communication. Everything we needed for a week at the lake. We could see our boat from the patio. Would/will stay again.

We have been to the Ozarks many of times. Ledges has a great property with the perfect location. We did bring our boat and had a covered slip available to us. The condo itself was clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and it was in a perfect location for us between both venues that we played at. Mornings were perfect on the deck looking out over the lake enjoying our morning coffee. The condo is located close to just about anything you may want or want to do. The neighborhood was nice and no issues and was close to activities and eats. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Lake.
