Great location - right in the heard of downtown Golden. Property was just as advertised and the owner was easy to interact with.

Great walkable location. Close to everything you need

Everything was exceptional except the Internet. Sadly, the Internet wasn't good enough to stream Audible or load a YouTube video at 144p. Everything else was top-notch, including communication.

Perfect location right near downtown, walked all over the area. Was easy to find with directions even late at night. Betsy was helpful and easy to communicate with. Such a cute little place! Would stay here again when we are back in town

Just what we needed!

This was our second stay at Betsy’s place. It is a perfect spot to visit our son at Mines and convenient to downtown Golden.

This condo is everything it says it is! It was clean, comfortable, well laid out, and stocked with the essentials as well as some extras in the medicine cabinet. Betsy created a great space. She was committed to making my stay perfect and frequently checked in. Golden is a walkable city, and the condo is close to Cafe 13 where you will find the best croissants and coffee. Truly, ditch the car and walk to dinosaur tracks, the river, shops, restaurants, and your daily croissant.I plan to visit Golden again and will stay here.

Great location if staying in Golden, CO. Unit has everything you need and if very easily accessible from downtown Golden.We were in town for a wedding, were able to walk to reception in town.Would definitely recommend.

Betsy's one bedroom suite is perfect for a couple who wants to explore Golden. She provides everything you might need for your stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and around town. Betsy was an excellent host and gave excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Golden and can't wait it come back!

Everything about our stay was great. Communication was excellent, condo was exactly as described and location is wonderful.

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks (a short 15 minute drive away). You can walk to absolutely everything in Golden from this property. Betsy was a great host- she checked in to see that we were enjoying our stay and gave us some great recommendations for food/things to do in town. Condo was clean and cozy. The parking spot was a great perk since parking in Golden is either pay by hour or permit only. The lot is on the smaller side so if renting a car keep that in mind (we had a Jeep Trailhawk and it fit perfect). We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Miss it already!

Well kept unit, very comfortable and perfect location! Betsy was easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were able take advantage of everything downtown Golden has to offer with ease, while having a short drive to see shows at Red Rocks and enjoy some hiking. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if in the area!

The location is perfect

Came to town for a Red Rocks show. This place was perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to downtown Golden, in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend a smaller vehicle to utilize parking as it’s tight.

Place was comfortable and great location to everything in golden downtown. Parking was nice, but a pain to get out of. The apartment was clean and had everything as a couple we would need. Bring ice if you need it, there was only one ice tray in the freezer. Ask for extra towels, there was onky one each

Truly walkable to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars just blocks away. The apartment was clean and bright! High level finishes. Well appointed kitchen. We will stay here again!

Excellent location. Need better response time from owner. Not sure when paying cleaning fee wants us to strip bed, wash sheets, towels, take out trash, etc.

The location of this rental is its biggest asset. A 3 min walk to the city hub, with lots of shops and restaurants. But also a 3 min drive to a major grocery store and CSM is just as close. The condo itself is just as advertised; we enjoyed it. We also enjoyed meeting several renters in the same complex.

Wonderful location! Couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the town. I would certainly stay here again. Walkable to everything but also with a parking spot for the further adventures. Be sure to bring a sleep mask since the east-facing bedroom window has a very ineffective blind. That's easily remedied, though.

I had a lovely quiet stay at this property. A block from main street and two blocks from Colorado School of Mines. Easy ride up into the mountains or to downtown Denver. Perfect! Thanks!

We had a very quick stay and the location was excellent, the property was clean and as described. The host was very responsive- my mother in law forgot her kindle at the house and it was mailed to our home within 3 days of our stay.

I stayed here 3 nights before staying with family. It was a great getaway as it was just me so I had more than enough room. Comfy to watch tv. Fully stocked kitchen. No stairs for bad knee. Only a block for shopping as entertainment. Host left a list of restaurants all within a half a block to block and all delicious. Would definitely use this location again. So very convenient. Betsy was terrific and let me in early. She responded to the few questions I had within minutes.

Park the car and walk to nearly everything in Golden even hiking trails. Space in this full bedroom condo is thoughtfully laid out with everything needed like plugs and lights on both sides of the bed to a kitchen supplied with the essentials but with all the restaurants a short walk away why cook. This was our second stay and won’t be our last!

I was just in town for the night but had a great time and couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay. It is right in the middle of town by the Main Street and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I will definitely be staying here when I come back!

My husband and I fell in love with Golden! This condo was in a perfect location! We were able to drive and sightsee during the day and then park and walk for dinner and drinks at night! We felt safe and everyone in the area was so nice and friendly! Coors factory is within view and walking distance. Betsy was so easy to work with and very accommodating! She responded quickly to all of questions and requests. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Golden and Denver wonderful!!!

This was a perfect place for my mom and I to stay when we came into town for a concert at Red Rocks. Very close to the venue and close to many other destinations too. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and nicely priced. Downtown Golden is charming and so is nearby Morrison. I would stay here again in a heart-beat!
