Everything was as advertised. High quality, very clean. We will not stay again simply because the 10AM checkout is criminal. Even 11 would be manageable, but no one wants to be forced out that early. It's even earlier than any hotel and definitely impacted our experience -- especially given the 4PM check in time (3PM is much more standard.)

We always enjoy our stay and love coming back each year. Just wanted to mention some things that were different this year: We were given only 1 set of towels, previously we had more.We like more. Did not like the beach rental company having access to our email and stay dates, then bombarding us with emails. We also noticed some blood on the edge of our sheets. We thought maybe it was ours but couldn't find a source so we're pretty sure it must have been in the sheet and just not washed out. We enjoyed our stay , just wanted to give info to help you continue to improve. I

This was a beautiful, clean and well maintained condo! We would definitely stay here again. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony. The only “negative” I can think of is, it would have been nice to have more than one towel, one hand towel and one washcloth per person. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

This is our second stay at Ketch Courtyard, but our first time in this unit. Everything was clean and welcoming. The shower was hot and roomy. The balcony was well used by us and we appreciated all the seating options. Can't say enough good things about this stay. Our only problem involved the television. After turning it off using a voice command, it came on by itself at 3:25 a.m. and scared us half to death. Perhaps a written/laminated user guide would be useful for those of us over 70 who still struggle with electronics. Thanks for a 5 star stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at wake up to waves! Incredible beach views and easy access to beach. The location was close to other beaches, restaurants and shopping!

This end unit, which provides more windows along the exterior wall, was exceptionally bright and clean. Awesome views of the ocean, moonrise & sunrise from this third floor unit. Although we didn't use the kitchen facilities to prepare meals, the kitchen was well stocked with all you would need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Amelia Island!

As described, 3rd story corner unit with balcony with direct view of ocean facing east. Building is nice with 4 stories and elevator and parking in small lot in front of the building. Unit is modern decor and fully supplied kitchen. Right in middle of Amelia Island coast.

Our experience re ting from Stay Better was excellent. Communication was great, the rental unit was spotless and we enjoyed the location. We would rent from SB again.

Wonderful condo!! Great ocean views and beautiful sunrises!! It was a little chilly but enjoyed walks on the beach and the beautiful Christmas lights! The condo was very clean and looked to be newly renovated! We have stayed several times in this building and we definitely be back!

Really beautifully renovated condo nicely appointed! It had everything you would ever need plus it's ocean front. Very relaxing and loved the style. We would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. We did not use the pool so can't speak to that but we did grab beach chairs and beach towels provided and spent an afternoon on the beach. The team was very responsive too (thanks Stacie). Very easy, no stress rental!

We've stayed in the Ketch building several times, each time in a different condo and have NEVER had a bad experience. 306 is by far our favorite however. The bed was comfortable, the unit was very clean, had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We had no complaints at all!!
