The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Large sliding doors provide stunning ocean views and access to the veranda with extra outdoor seating. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Both bedrooms come with plenty of closet space, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Flamingo Towers developments offers two large and beautiful pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security with on-site guards, a covered parking garage with one parking space per unit, and two fully functioning elevators. The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there is an abundance of beachside restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. This condo is also a short 5-minute drive to the popular grocery store Super Massai. Medical, dental, and pharmacy services are also located within a five-minute drive.

Membership to the Sailing Center is now included in your stay at this home! This membership includes a variety of discounts (50% off rental of equipment, boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, Happy Hour specials, and more!). The Costa Rica Sailing Center is a popular hub of activity for vacationers and locals alike. Please note that there is ongoing construction in front of and around the property. At times, a crane or scaffolding may be visible near or in front of the condo. As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
