Stayed Jan 23, 2026This 1-bedroom condo was perfectly located with 2 separate balconies - a west-facing panoramic view with some light tree coverage and a south-facing view of the beach. Super clean, modern decor, kitchen with all the amenities, comfortable king size bed, and a large bathroom. This condo is located in a separate structure from the main condos facing the pool, but on the same level. It is only 45 seconds from the pool, 1 floor up, but far enough away from any pool side noise. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the people we met during our stay were very interesting - great conversations. Breakfast on the rooftop was great even if there are only 3 main choices - we rotated. There is an automated Expresso machine on the rooftop available all day, a good BBQ on the rooftop that needs to be reserved. Sunsets from the edge of infinity pool was a perfect spot to keep cool. It is quite a steep walk up the hill but it was a great way to stay in shape. The property staff will gladly shuttle guests in a golf cart up and down the hill to the local grocery store, restos and beach. We rented a golf cart for a few days so we could explore nearby beaches and restaurants. The views were absolutely spectacular from this property and it was a nice change from all-inclusive beach side resorts. Playa Flamingo is one of the nicest beaches we've experienced - 1/2hr walk from end to end, clean, quiet and picturesque.We will definitely come back and stay at the Splendor 360.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024Unfortunately when booking I was unsure of the location of the room, 1st floor, second floor or third. That was difficult to navigate. It did not state on VRBO. I preffered 2nd floor accommodations. I had to guess and got lucky. Other than that, the grounds, room and staff were absolutely superb!!! Thank you

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Abigail gave us such a warm welcome. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was spectacular. Abigail suggested Coco Loco for dinner, it immediately became our favorite restaurant. Thanks for making this vacation special.
