Waipouli Beach Resort Exquisite Ocean View Condo with Beach Front View

Wonderful spacious room, great location, beautiful views, loved the pool

Condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was wonderful. It was also a good location for exploring the island.

Beautiful condo in a great location with an amazing view! Was perfect for our family of 5. And the property managers were great at communicating.

This was a great property and about as easy as can be for check-in. Very close to the beach and in a great location for any excursions you may want to do.

It’s everything we could have hoped for! Good location, fully equipped unit, beautiful pool and beach area. The Oasis Restaurant was an added bonus as we arrived early evening and were not wanting to drive around in search of dinner. The only thing that would have made it perfect was better weather. Our NaPali boat tour was cancelled twice due to turbulent seas and wind conditions.

Candace was very informative in a timely manner. Responding quickly when there was an issue with the A/C, which we learned that just opening and closing all the doors did the trick. Place was nice and clean, resort has many amenities. And it was a perk to have 4 beach chairs and coolers.

Stay was incredible. 5 star review. The space was way larger than I expected! It was just me and my wife and we absolutely loved all the extra space. The stay was in a good area and has no issues!

Perfect for family. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. Very convenient to shopping right across the street. Several wonderful hikes nearby. We will come back again.

Fantastic condo and resort. We loved it!

Great stay, great location. Communication was excellent and very accommodating. Ideal for families. One note is Wi-Fi is incredibly slow, nearly unusable at all times of the day, as well Verizon and T-mobile have minimal coverage in that unit. Sometimes on vacation you do need to work, and this made it nearly impossible while in the unit. If we come back to Kauai, we will definitely look at staying here again.

Great family vaca. This was our third stay at the Waipouli Resort. We love the location and all the special fun activities. The kids loved the water slides and the lazy river waterfall!!

This property is amazing! Unit H204 has wonderful views of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up over the ocean. The unit was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus! Kapaa is centrally located and getting around to both the north side and south side of the island was easy. We definitely will stay here again! Mahalo!

View was great, able to see part beach and part pool. The condo area itself is very well maintained and with many tropical plants. The condo had everything we needed and was a great place for our Kauai adventure.

Waipouli H204 is exactly as shown in the pictures. The views are breathtaking, condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - loved it! The resort grounds are beautiful, and are kept perfect and clean. The pool and jacuzzis were a lot of fun too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return again. Thank you!

My sister and I spent a week in Kapaa. Our condo was just perfect for us. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant The Oasis. We are alternating talking about our next trip to Kuai.
