Very nice condo community. Grounds well kept, beautiful ocean view, felt safe, quiet. Our condo was nice with amazing ocean view. It was clean with the exception of the main lanai off of the living room. Lanai floor had not been cleaned after the last party. The lanai floor was sticky and dirty. Some kind of unknown problem with the primary bedroom ceiling fan with light. The light was off when I went to bed but then in the middle of the night the light came on and it was unbelievably bright. Wakes you right up :( . The bed in the primary bedroom is very comfortable and my friend said her bed in the secondary bedroom was also very comfortable. We didn't use the TV, couldn't figure out how to use regular cable TV channels. Overall we rated the condo an 8 out of 10.

What a fabulous view from the living room and master bedroom: the large pool, exquisite grounds, extending to the glorious ocean. Blue skies!!!

The best thing about the property was the view of the ocean from the bedroom and living space balcony, living room and pool. Sometimes you go to an ocean front property and there isn't a beach but just a rocky area in front. This condo has actual beach to walk on just beyond the beautifully landscaped grounds. Also a lovely bit of Hawaiian history is right there to be seen. The location on the central east side made it a quick trip for us to go North or South. There was nothing we didn't like!

Heaven on earth, we did not want to leave! First, it is a gated condo community with lush beautiful flowers and plants everywhere you look, the grounds are immaculate, the pool..stunning!! Amazing views from the condo..just as pictured. The hosts are amazing, they ensured the condo was stocked with all the essentials and more..we did not want for anything, grab some food and drinks at the grocery store and you will be good to go! A short 3-5 min walk down the street were restaurants, a small general store with food and liquor and all kinds of souvenir shops. It was such a convenience having everything so close by. In addition, this condo is a short drive to and from the airport. It is so peaceful here. I was hesitant about writing a review because I want to keep this little piece of heaven for myself,lol! Rent it, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Ken and Leslie, you helped us out tremendously with our unexpected change in flights and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We love this condo!! We have stayed here twice. The view of the ocean, pool, and beautiful grounds from two private lanai’s is wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything you might want or need. We used the beach chairs and cooler for an awesome day at the beach. Thank you for sharing your home.

Condo was very clean and comfortable and super well stocked!! The view was amazing and the property grounds were beautiful. Such close proximity to both the pool and ocean was super convenient. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!!

Very clean condo, excellent location, and all amenities made our stay on Kauai extra special. Comfortable beds, laundry facilities, a well supplied kitchen, and air conditioning were really appreciated. The views from the deck and pool were wonderful. The condo was steps from the beach. There was easy access to the Lava Lava Beach Club for meals which made it nice for any meals that we didn’t want to cook or drive to. We would definitely stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and there was a notebook of information to make out stay more enjoyable.

This was an incredible condo. The amenities of the condo were great. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a well stocked kitchen made our vacation wonderful

This was a perfect place for us to stay for our week on Kauai! We were two couples. This unit is probably in the best location in this whole complex. The view is great.The place is also very well equipped and supplied. It is obvious that the owners actually stay here at times. We love that the staff does not throw out any left over food items like spices, cooking oil, sweetener, etc.The location of Lae Nani is also great for getting anywhere on the island.The owners were very responsive to the few needs we had. The only issue we had was that they were replacing the wooden railings on several of the lanais in the complex and they just happened to be working on our unit while we were there. So there was scaffolding put up in front of the master bedroom lanai for 4 days and a black screen in front of it for an entire day which made it unusable. Thankfully there was another lanai we could use. We did have to put up with some construction noise, but the crew was mindful of the guests. We did not let it ruin our stay, and we were not in the unit during the day much anyway.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. We really liked the location except having to make a left getting out on the main road heading in the direction of the airport and excursions that we enjoyed. (I know that you have no control over that.)

If you are visiting Kauai for a week or two, I cannot imagine a better property to stay at. We have stayed at this condo for the last several years and have been very happy with it. It is located in the Wailua/Kapaa area, has two bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, A/C in all three rooms, and is attractively decorated. Our host (Ken) has been very responsive when issues arise. I would strongly recommend!

We had an incredible time on our vacation and at this home. The location is central to basically the entire island and there are so many wonderful coffee shops, dining options and activities within walking distance. I highly recommend just stepping outside and exploring the neighborhood. I can't thank Leslie and Ken enough for how communicative, organized and gracious they were. The condo itself has unbelievable views and was so well-stocked with everything we needed, and more. This will be the first place I book for our next visit.

Great unit. Set up of 2 beds, 2 baths was perfect. Loved the lanais. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and grounds beautiful. We loved walking the path to Lava Lava Beach club. The views were stunning. Hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay

View of the ocean and hearing the waves is amazing. We had a great time at the pool and the small beach. The pool and grounds are kept meticulously every day. Loved our 12 days there.

Absolutely PERFECT stay at Paradise Found! I actually spent 6 hours looking at every hotel and condo in Kauai and ended up cancelling a hotel booking to stay here, and I have zero regrets. Our family could not have have rented a better VRBO! Just as shown in the photos, the views are gorgeous and the condo is very well appointed, spacious, and secure. The unit has EVERYTHING you need! Beach chairs, beach towels, games, books, a nice bluetooth stereo, two balconies with comfy and ample seating, closet space with hampers...and a huge folder of restaurants and local attractions with personalized reviews! Ken is so kind and helpful and will answer all of your questions. The area around the condo is quiet and safe, and we appreciated being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace for groceries, Italian food or BBQ, or just to gift shop or get a gelato. There is also Lava Lava right next door. The kitchen of the condo, however, is chock full of every single cooking utensil, appliance, or dish you might need! The pool is quiet and clean, the grounds are immaculate and full of beautiful flowers and plants, and there is a lovely sacred site on the premises to reflect or watch the daily sunrise. Beds and living room furniture were so comfortable. This unit feels like authentic Hawaii!! I'm sure I forgot to mention something, but I feel like I covered all of the important aspects. This rental was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. Listing was accurate and rental was as pictured: clean, has AC, has a washer/dryer, and was fully stocked with beach stuff and games, etc. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing time during our visit. The condo was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed during our stay. Closet is filled with games and water toys, boogie boards, etc. Best vacation rental experience we have had.

Unbelievable location and views! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping! Walked across street to Kayak excursion to Secret Falls! Rented bikes near by and rode along the beach for miles! Condo well stocked, even had a closet full of beach gear and toys! Wonderful Hosts! Thank you.

This was all we expected and more. The owners have thought of everything! The location was perfect. No day trip was too far away. The views are absolutely stunning! The landscaping is beautiful, the pool clean and refreshing, and nice restaurants are close by.

Believe the hype: Lae Nani is everything you’d desire—and more. Our family of five enjoyed this wonderful home for a variety of reasons. To begin, the home is spacious and extremely well-appointed—from kitchenware to beach gear—and everything in between. The home owners certainly put plenty of thought in how to make guests comfortable. The location and grounds were top-drawer, manicured, magnificent, meandering down to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The pool absorbed us for many hours—also uncrowded. From Lae Nani, we easily explored Hanalei Bay, Poipu and the immediate Wailua River. But, in truth, we spent most of our time in the comfort of Lae Nani. We’d certainly be happy returning here or recommending it to family and friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The views are incredible! The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys for the kiddos and boogie boards for the beach.

This place was amazing! Pool was so close I could have thrown a tennis ball in it. The beach was just beyond, I would have needed a great arm to throw that one. Perfect beach for little kids and new swimmers; as there is a safe swimming hole protected by a rock barrier that gets fresh water at high tide..the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook anything. They have on hand sunscreen to pool and beach stuff. We will be back.

We absolutely loved staying in this property. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. The location couldn’t be beat. We walked all over for shopping, dinner and treats. We would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed at this unit last year as well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. The Lae Nani condominiums are located in our favorite part of the Island (Kapaa/Wailua area), and this unit is an especially nice one. In particular, the furnishings are very tastefully done, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Two features that are special with this unit are that it has an in-unit washer/dryer (with many units, you have to use the group laundromat facilities) and the unit has AC in in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Although AC is not really needed/useful for 90% of the time, it is a great option to have when needed.We have also found the owner/manager of the unit, Ken Wachtel, very responsive and helpful. We are hoping to stay in this unit again.

This beautiful condo had everything you could possibly need. From the views, to the location, to the grounds, everything was wonderful.

The condo was very nice, located on a perfect beach. Dining and shopping were in walking distance. The condo was well furnished, and we had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. We loved that we could have the windows open on both the front and the back of the condo, so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. The entire property was well-maintained and beautiful.

The location, views, and beach of the condo was supreme. The location was central to both ends of the island so made getting around super convenient. The views, beach, and pool made our lazy days super enjoyable.

This unit is just as beautiful as advertised. The view facing the pool and beach can’t be beat. The interior is tastefully decorated and spacious enough to comfortably host our larger family (staying in other units) for gatherings. Having 2 bedrooms was ideal for managing a child and a baby. It is surprisingly well stocked, both for the kitchen and the pool and beach. We only wish we knew all that was available ahead of time so we could have avoided bringing things that were already there (e.g. travel crib), Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
