Waikoloa Colony Villas#903 2 Bedroom 2.5 Baths with AC!

Nice and clean

While the unit was clean & neat, there were a few items that need to be addressed. The blinds were broken downstairs, the couch was very uncomfortable & the TV remote was hard to use. Other than those items we had a great time & would stay there again.

The unit was very clean and configured well for four people. The host was very responsive and welcoming.Mahalo

Everything was as described. It was a great place to stay. The central AC worked very well.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at the home we were pleased to see home clean and well stocked the home was with every kitchen gadget you would need to cook for a family.there were plenty of beach towels and lots of beach chairs,ice chests and even a set of golf clubs. Very convenient location .

Absolutely amazing stay!Place is very clean, location is great, kids friendly . Specious lanai was favorite spot for our toddler to run and play. We absolutely enjoyed and we highly recommend this place !

The beach supplies were great and the amenities like the gym and bbq at the pool were very useful.One small complaint, not this places fault was that my rental car was backed into by someone overnight and they just left, no note, no nothing.

All the linens were fresh,the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you would need to cook with including all types of small appliances as an air fryer that was great to have! We were so impressed with everything about this place! It was stocked with beach towels,boards,pool noodles,umbrellas for the beach,tennis raquets and so much more!The library of books, games and puzzles were also great!It was clear the owner takes great pride in maintaining the property to a high standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family. The amentities , layout of the condo and location were We will definitely be back!

Vey clean. Convent location. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes. Beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear was an added bonus.

The townhouse had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The little extras, like beach chairs and towels, were such a nice touch!The communication with the host was great. Everything was just easy, which made the trip even more enjoyable.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% book this place again next time we’re on the Big Island!

Loved all the furnishing and actually slept well (this is a first). Beds were great. The location is fabulous, super close to A-bay for calm swimming and hanging with the turtles. Lava Lava Beach club is on that beach for food. Hapuna beach 8 min away for boogie boarding and super soft sand. I would come back to this condo hands down! Well stocked.
