Whether you`re looking to soak up the sun, dive into the vibrant local culture, or simply relax and recharge, this is the perfect home base. Walkable to everything Fort Lauderdale beach has to offer.

Valet-parking available on property. Central location is within walking distance to Fort Lauderdale Beach nightlife and restaurants. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airport is a short (15 min) drive.

️ Resort Fee
A mandatory fee of $62.15 per night, payable at check-in to the W Hotel, includes:
* Beach Setup: Two chairs, two towels & one umbrella—available from the beach concierge directly in front of the resort
* Daily Yoga: Complimentary 8 AM classes in the 5th-floor courtyard
* Bicycle Rental: Two hours included
* High-Speed Wi-Fi.

* Wet West (Residences Pool): Your exclusive oasis on the 5th-floor deck of the residence tower—serene and private.

Parking
Valet parking is on-site at $60 + tax per day (current total $64.20), payable to the W Hotel.

Flexible Stays & Special Requests
We strive to accommodate early arrivals, late departures, same-day bookings, and other special needs whenever possible. Simply ask—we’ll do our utmost to make it happen.

Policies
* Pet-Free Property: To preserve a pristine environment, we do not allow pets.
* Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited; violations incur fines and potential further action.

✖ Cancellations ✖
Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund less processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund less processing fee, for all Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will receive no refund and will be charged the full amount of the stay (including fees and taxes).
We are excited to open our home to you but we do have a few house rules.

Please note that this is a residential condo. Parties, events and loud music is not tolerated. No additional guests over listing capacity of the condo, without prior written consent. Be courteous to the neighbors and avoid being overly noisy outside at night. Quiet time will begin at 11 pm.

No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property including the patios. This includes vaping, marijuana and tobacco products.

We love animals and pets are allowed with an additional fee (restrictions may apply). All pet reservations must inquire first with breed and type of pet.

The premises is not to be used for any illegal activities.

Breaking any of the rules outlined above will incur a $500 fee per occurrence.

Late check outs must be approved by the host. If an unapproved late check out occurs, the guest may be charged for an additional night.
