This very attractively furnished north side of a duplex will be your 'Vitamin Sea' and more! You will be in paradise once you set foot in this luxuriously decorated home, you will notice that every detail has been taken care of. 

Load the suitcases and groceries into the elevator instead of lugging them up the stairs! The popular reverse floorplan puts all of the living spaces on the second floor to maximize the gorgeous oceanfront views from every window. The open floorplanallows all guests to spend time together, whether you are cooking meals or watching movies. The dining area seats 6 at the dining table, 4 at the eat in kitchen island, plus 3 more at the counter.

This oceanfront home has two oceanfront decks, one is covered and accesses a shared walkway with the other side of the duplex. The walkway has a large seating area over the sand dune. The private sundeck is on the second floor, just off the living room and ovver comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views.

Your beach house is located approximately .2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

    Overall, this was a great affordable property. The only downsides were the elevator, roaches, and dirty old linens in the closet. Upon arrival, the elevator was stuck between floors, luckily Ward Realty was on site and able to fix it. We got one trip up and down, and then it wouldnt work again. At night, sitting on the back deck, roaches were crawling in and out of the cracks constantly. This made the back deck pretty unappealing for nighttime. They were pretty large too. I only had to kill one in the master bedroom. In the downstairs closet there was a bag of dirty linens clearly labeled 6/14/25 stating one of the bunk bed comforters was peed on. Pretty gross that it has been sitting there this whole time. Other than that, the kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, but extremely thick, make sure you bring extra deep pocket sheets. The driveway was nice, room for 5 cars. The views were incredible, and being right on the beach was priceless. I would highly recommend, if those few items were addressed.

    We enjoyed being on the beach and having direct access to the ocean. Vitamin Sea was clean and provided an open layout to the deck overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the beds were comfy. No driving while we were on our mini vacation b/c we were walking distance to shops, The Grind, restaurants, IGA grocery store, ice cream, donuts and much more.

    Location is great, the cleanliness was not the best. We found trash under beds, a truly alcohol can unopened. The floors were sticky and dining room table was sticky.

    The property was exactly as listed. However, the description of the view couldn't capture the beauty that we saw from the balcony and deck. There were 9 of us in our group. We all had privacy in our own rooms, but also large common areas for family time.
