Better cleaning. Coffee grounds were still in the machine and had developed mold. Decor seems very dated and low budget.

Comfortable bed and good TV/living room area but sadly this was closer to a 3.5 stay. We were informed AFTER booking that the central heat/air was out , the patio nicely featured in the listing was on top of a road/road noise, and it was up two flights of stairs with a broken elevator at arrival (also no mention of this). Asked at booking for a potential flex of check out time and was told they would/could not accommodate the request. Kitchen was outfitted fair for cooking. The host did message back about a few questions in a timely fashion (such as a stubborn shower) which was appreciated but host seemed unconcerned about the other inconveniences of using space heaters and electric fireplace instead of central nor the elevator that I was assured would be fixed in no time but was completely disassembled upon arrival and leave.

Communication with the host about check in was prompt any clear, as were other details provided about the home. All of the appliances were new and top notch. The kitchen was very well equipped, although we didn’t cook. Having a washer and dryer was very handy. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony a lot, despite some traffic noise. WiFi access was seamless and reliable. We really appreciated the elevator as we had heavy luggage! We had a car so having the on site parking was essential. We enjoyed the location, which is an easy, short drive to the downtown area. The home is very nice, well furnished, charming and comfortable. I highly recommend this listing.

My husband and I booked a 2 week stay. We were joined by my daughter and her friend over a long weekend. As frequent visitors to Santa Fe over many years, we knew the location was good. Close to everything at the edge of a great neighborhood. It is a wonderful place: tastefully decorated with really good mountain views. The host responded quickly to questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Plenty of room…VERY CLEAN…well equipped kitchen! Would stay again!

Perfect size for the group, great kitchen to prepare meals, close to plaza
