This ground-floor, 3-bedroom condo at Vista Cay by Millennium sleeps up to 8 guests just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando's biggest attractions. The standout Full resort access — pools, arcade, fitness center, and lakeside trails — without the hotel price tag.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third has two double beds — great for kids or extra guests. Every bedroom includes a TV and desk. A second full bathroom with tub-shower sits just off the hallway.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area flows into a dining space with seating for six — perfect for morning pancakes or late-night card games. Sink into the sofa and catch up on your favorite shows, or head into the fully equipped kitchen where you'll find a refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you're at home.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out onto your private terrace with cushioned seating — an easy spot for morning coffee or winding down after the parks. Beyond your door, Vista Cay's resort amenities include multiple pools, a poolside bar, BBQ areas, a theater room, arcade, billiards, a kids' splash pool and playground, sports courts, and a scenic two-mile jogging trail around the lake.



Good To Know

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in each bedroom. The in-unit washer and dryer make packing light a breeze. Free parking on-site, and you're a short drive from Publix, Walmart, Target, outlet malls, and dozens of restaurants. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day with at least 7 days' notice. Starter supplies are provided — paper towels, dish soap, one trash bag per bin, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus shampoo and body soap in each bathroom.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities, with other activities such as:



• A clubhouse with 2 pools, pool bar, gym, sports court, arcade, and two-mile jogging path around the lake.

• Personal concierge and front desk staff to handle any requests.

• Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out, and outlet malls too.

• Great golfing in the area, like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Club.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Other Things to Note:

Pool

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
