Vista Cay 3 Bedroom, In front of new Epic Universe and Convention Center, Island

Clean rooms, many dishes to use, plenty of space and quick responses from host!

Great location for Universal Studios. Fun atmosphere with pools and pool bar. Perfect size for our big kids. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating.We had a great stay and would stay again!

This condo was in a well kept facility and grounds. The condo was clean but everything was basic and in average condition. Dishes were full of scratches, towels were cheaper grade and some had stains that we felt we had to wash while we were there. It wasn’t terrible but very basic. The two guest rooms on the road side were very loud with vehicle noise through the night. Overall it was okay but not a top quality space.

Condo was lovely! Very clean, large, and nicely decorated.The condo was in an excellent location, with quick access to a Publix supermarket next door to the property.The resort's pools were beautiful and very close to the condo building. We enjoyed cooling off after a long day walking in the heat at Orlando's attractions.We would definitely rent this property again.

We loved our stay

Ana’s place is exactly as listed. Beautiful and well kept apt. The grounds at Vista Cay are very nice and clean. Pool area was great. Communication with Ana was the best experience I’ve had thus far with a host. I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response. I didn’t have to communicate with Ana until the day we were leaving because everything was perfect. However, after we left, made it through TSA, my husband realized he left his iPad under one of the pillows. I reached out to Ana and she responded right away that the cleaning team had found it. We sent her a shipping label and she sent it back to us the next day. That’s what you call going above and beyond and we are so grateful for it.

Fantastic stay. Used it for megacon at the convention center and Uber rides were super cheap. Def need to stay here if you do anything at Orange County convention center

Amazing stay at this property! Our group of 4 women felt very safe. The unit was quiet and comfortable. Aside from the unit itself being exceptionally clean, the entire property, amenities, grounds, etc. were all very well cared for. The way the trash is collected daily from the assigned bin right outside unit door is a small detail that I have never experienced in any other VRBO property. Our group joked that we had trash fairies - you never saw the trash being picked up, but it miraculously disappeared every day! Shout out also to the amazing hot water!

Host was very prompt in addressing two issues. One was us not fully knowledgeable about how the vrbo works but questions were answered graciously. The other was an issue with the washing machine not working.The concern was addressed quickly with a positive resolution. The property was walking distance to a grocery store, 3 fanastic restaurants: a Venezuelan steak house, a burgers place and a delicious fresh sushi bar. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds well maintained. Our stay was for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center which was a short drive with our rental car. It was an easy drive as well. We did alot of tourist attractions and there was plenty to do within a15 to 20 minutes radius. This was all easy to get to from the airport and an easy ride back to MCO.

Very clean and neat rooms, easy access in and out.

I loved our stay, it was in such a nice area. The inside was just as beautiful and super peaceful. I am immediately booking with them again when I do back to universal.

Secure. Clean. Not at all the fault of the host but the walls/ceilings are very thin. You can hear everyone walking around above you and in hallways. Bring all your own soap and toiletries. The supply provided is not enough and not great quality. No hand soap provided. We had to go to Publix and buy hand soap and body wash. There was one tiny round bar of soap per bathroom.

The condo was very nice and close to Univetsal. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The only knock I personally had and it’s very minor was the book in the shower is so tiny it barely holds any of your toiletries. I would suggests maybe getting a shower tower. You let paper was literally like paper, but that again is minor. Pool and hot tub were fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Easily walk to Publix, and great a diner and more. The place is exactly as shown and details provided by owner were perfect. My only concern was hair found in the master bed and bathroom. Other than that the place was clean over all.

The location could not be more perfect: just minutes from Universal Studios and the brand-new Epic Universe, with Disney also an easy drive away. Having a Publix and shopping center right outside the gates was incredibly convenient, and the pool area was gorgeous with so many fun amenities for both kids and adults.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Anna, the owner, was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process stress-free. The condo itself felt like home, with everything we needed for our family trip. We especially appreciated how much space we had compared to a hotel, which made it comfortable for everyone in our group.We booked this stay for a special occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Between the unbeatable location, modern and spotless condo, and the warm, welcoming host, this property is an absolute gem. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Universal, Epic Universe, or Disney!

A staple of our yearly trip to Halloween Horror Nights

I cannot emphasize enough, just how wonderful it was to stay at this location for my daughter‘s 13th birthday. It was a very small intimate gathering with three of her best friends and my parents. The pool had so many fun amenities, and it was within walking distance. Anna, the owner of the room was so responsive and amazing. We had such a fantastic time and I highly recommend this place for sure.

Perfect for our family trip to Universal. The condo was clean and modern. The location was excellent with a shopping center just outside the gates. The parks are really close with epic being right up the street and Universal being a 10min drive. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I found the property very convenient and beautiful. The property was conveniently located, making it easy to access Disney and Universal Studios within a short 8-minute drive. The property's amenities had everything we needed, making it feel like home. Would recommend!!!

We enjoyed the location and place was clean.We are frustrated with missing item that fell from balcony not being returned, getting locked out of the condo bc the door code reset and the lack of entertainment items at the condo (board games, cards, etc).

This condo was perfect for 6 adults and super close to Epic Universe. It was only a 10 minute Uber from Universal’s two main parks also. The Publix is an easy walk and the pool area is gorgeous. There was no check in or out hassle and Ana answered all my questions and made this an easy, stress free process. The condo is meticulously clean and well decorated. We had so much more space than a hotel would have been. It was perfect for my husband and me plus four college aged kids. I cannot believe how perfect this was and reasonably priced too! I honestly cannot think of any negatives or suggestions to improve. We absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location if you want to visit Epic Universe. Place was comfortable for our family of 6. Just our luck the neighbors upstairs were so loud past midnight on multiple nights so we didn’t get great sleep.

The until was wonderful. The pool and bar area are very nice with a lot of things within walking distance. The AC did not work and the owner was very attentive to handling the situation. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anyone.

Nice space to rent when sraying for a week with a small group. The kitchen is very basic, so plan to bring your own items.

We stayed for the Sunshine volleyball tournament. It was a great stay. The place was beautiful and host communicated quickly.

This is a great “home base” for exploring Orlando! It’s close to all the parks (especially Universal Studios), shopping, and all the city has to offer, and the pool was a wonderful spot to wind down in the evening.

We love this property. It was the perfect size for six of us. Very centrally located and close to everything that we needed. Check-in process was flawless as well as checkout process. Communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing

Overall the place was just what we needed. It was conveniently located to the Universal Parks and there was a grocery store just across the street, which was soooo nice. The condo was nice and clean and check in and out was super easy. The communication with the hosts when we ran into some weather that delayed our trip was great and they had a quick response time. The only thing we found lacking was some of the essentials. (Toilet paper, soap, kitchen soap, dishtowels,trashbags etc) to be fair they did let us knowmost of these limits before-and its good that they had the store so close. But for example just getting one trashbag for a six day trip felt a bit silly. It would have been nicer to have a few more of those things supplied and not had to buy big packs of things in the store when we only needed a few of them. Otherwise the place was perfect and we wnjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanks.
