I like the place a Lot

Place was very nice, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. TVs in each room and close to the pool. The pool area was fun and had a walk up bar. Publix was within walking distance. I would only suggest having an extra box fan because it gets a little toasty. Great stay, thank you!

The location was great and super close to all the things we needed: the convention center, Epic Universe, and Universal Orlando. The property was clean and just as expected. My kids loved the pool that is within a 2 minute walk from the unit. Our host was very helpful and responded to my communication in a very quick time frame I would highly recommend this property!

Great location to all local attractions. Room was extremely clean. Beds a little to firm for our family but other than that, we would stay here again. This was our second stay at this resort and both are very well maintained.

Beautiful kitchen! Living room and dining area small but nice. The balcony area was pretty dirty and unusable. Definitely bring your own toilet paper, shampoo and soaps because very little is supplied. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained and just a very short walk away. Overall, pretty nice, especially for the price.

The blankets and pillow cases in 2 rooms were dirty with visible stains and hair all over the sheets. This place was not clean!!! We had to wash them with the 1 laundry pod they gave us. Linens were cheap quality from Walmart. Only 8 towels which were not even bath size which is ridiculous for a 3 bedroom. The beds were like bricks especially the kids room. The furnishings were cheap. They didn’t even have a Kleenex box just 2 travel size packets for over a week. No blackout curtains. Floors were dirty. They only left half a sponge. Who does that?? and 1 crappy roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. This was the cheapest disappointment of a vacation home! Avoid if you can. Way over priced for what it was!

This place was affordable, very clean. No nighttime disturbances. Great location to and from parks, traffic was minimal. Access to groceries, food, and gas. Owner provided all information needed prior to arrival. Pool was nice temperature. Friendly neighbors. The third room beds are more suitable for children than adults, but overall I give this place a thumbs up!

Everything was great. The location was absolutely perfect, the home was spacious & clean. The microwave display wasn’t working but the microwave itself was working, so that was all good with us. Honestly, it felt like home, was a great time, thank you!

This was a wonderful property and perfect for our family and small dog. It was so easy to find and check into. The property had everything we needed and it was so close to the Universal Parks and international drive. We enjoyed the pool at the resort several nights and the property at night was quiet. Highly recommend.

The room were nice and clean. Close to the pool. The twin beds were a bit hard.

The apartment was clean and well kept. We loved it.

We had a 12 day stay. Paulo was great. The place is very well appointed. We had a maintenance issue and it was remedied in 24 hours on a holiday weekend. Impressive management and response. Going to stay here again next year. Great location as well.

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. The condo was in the perfect location - within walking distance of the convention center, Publix, and many restaurants. The amenities - pool, etc - at Vista Cay were awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. The VRBO listing was a very fair representation of the actual condo. It had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked and each bedroom had at least one charging station on the bedside tables. They decor was nice. The condo was clean enough but it honestly could benefit from a deep clean. That is truly my only complaint. That being said, we would definitely stay there again.

Unit was much smaller than last vista cay rental but acceptable. Unit is older. Location is excellent near new pool and shopping center, mall. Rooms are standard. Balcony furniture chairs are not useable due to frayed sharp wicker arms and seats. Table is also shabby. Cleaning solution smell a bit pungent but unit was clean.

Great location with easy access to I Drive and Universal. Disney Springs was less than 20 mins. Pool and Tiki Bar were wonderful. Place is as described. Would stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean, mostly comfortable and was in a great location. There are businesses within walking distance. The pool area was great! We would stay here again.

This location is great if you are visiting local theme parks or convention center activities. The only down side is walls are very thin so noise from outside and connected units is very easily heard.

Good location for getting places. Nice pool really close by. We didnt use any other amenities.

Stayed 8 nights with the family (6 adults) during January. Great location to either Disney or Universal. Has a new swimming pool complex within a 3 min walk to the unit which includes a couple of pools and a splash pad, along with a bar which has drinks and food. Plenty of parking. Would recommend if renting to bring 12 cup coffee filters, and basic spices/sugar (none in unit), perhaps a few pool towels (4 provided in unit). There is a Publix grocery store adjacent to complex, along with several restaurants. Main pool area across the street is under construction, which wasn’t an issue because closer pool and hot tub are nice. Unit has a washer and dryer, bring laundry detergent. Would recommend and stay here again. Overall a great place to stay.

Cozy, clean, well decorated, great location! I really loved it there. There were a couple nights that I enjoyed the nearby hot tub while my 8 year old played in the heated pool. The Publix truly is only a walking distance away, as well as a couple spots to eat. I highly recommend taking a stroll to Beth’s Burger Bar. Universal Studios was the purpose of our stay and it was only a 10 min drive. I’d happily stay here the next time we come.

We stayed here over thanksgiving to go to universal parks. Not only was the location great for use of the parks but it was very quiet and clean. Plenty of room. We had two pack N plays set up in the rooms with beds but. Still room to move around. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return for another trip!

Short drive to the parks, it has a shopping plaza walking distance with restaurants and a Publix. The neighborhood felt very safe with a gated community.

The location is great. The host was great, we left our phone there and they graciously sent it to us quite promptly!!

This location was so close to all of the amusement parks and places too see. The home itself is absolutely stunning and the pool is perfect for all age groups as it has a splash pad and two different pools on deep and one shallow. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!
