Stayed Jun 19, 2026The property was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything advertised. The pool was directly across from the building and was large, with a bar and a spacious hot tub. The primary bedroom faces the pool and offers a perfect view of the fireworks when they are scheduled. The property is about a four-minute walk from a small shopping plaza with Publix, a diner, a gift shop, a pizza restaurant, and a pub, among other options. Even without a rental car, it is very easy to pick up groceries or find something to eat nearby. The community is gated, which makes it feel private and secure. However, there is no clubhouse at this location. Anyone looking for the game room or other clubhouse amenities will need to go to the adjacent Vista Cay Millennium property. It is approximately a 10–15-minute walk, and you must exit the Reserve and cross a main road if walking, as we did. By car, it is only a very short drive.I rented this unit thinking I would be able to walk easily to the convention center, but guests should be aware that the Reserve is farther away. The walk to the OCCC is 20–25 minutes. We ended up using Uber every day and had no problems getting a car immediately. Rides were approximately 5–7 each way, and the drive to the convention center took about 4–8 minutes, depending on traffic. For us, this was much better fthan renting a car and dealing with parking.Gary is a superb host and checked in with me several times throughout our stay.

Stayed May 17, 2025We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or a more convenient location during our stay. This vacation property was not only affordable and spotless, but it was also centrally situated near all the activities we wanted to enjoy. Our host, Gary, consistently checked in on us and provided us with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We were within walking distance of a pharmacy, barber shop, various restaurants, a gift shop, a grocery store, and much more. Our travel time to the Universal and Disney parks never took more than a 20-minute drive. The property met the needs of our large group perfectly, offering ample space to relax. The pool, located just across the parking lot, was well-maintained. We even enjoyed views of the evening fireworks from Epic Universe. This has been one of our favorite vacation homes in Orlando, and we highly recommend it!

Stayed Mar 30, 2022The rental began with great communication with the manager. Very clear instructions regarding check-in and amenities. Pictures accurately reflect beautiful interior. Condo was very clean. You can’t beat the convenient location. There’s a Publix and restaurants within walking distance. The Convention Center is less than a 5 minute drive, so is Sea World. We will definitely book it again when we’re in Orlando.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022Great location! Close to Orange County Convention Center and other attractions and restaurants. Publix was a short walk away along with Dunkin Donuts, and other local restaurants. Gary had excellent communication prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The unit was clean, tidy and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Gary answered any questions I had quickly via email. The Publix was a life saver and in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
