Very relaxing within walking distance of a lot of food places, the top deck was also nice, we had a great unwinding weekend, would definitely go back, we loved that the beach was on the private part. Was not crowded at all..

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The room was so cozy and fit my family perfectly! The view, being right on the beach! It’s so quest at this location which is exactly what we were looking for. The host responds to any questions within a reasonable time and they are so polite! We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful atmosphere/vacation.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk, can't beat that. And having an assigned parking spot was really appreciated. The shower is fabulous, great water pressure and loved the tiles! Nice to have your own fridge and microwave, etc. Really impressed how fast Randy came over when we couldn't figure out how to get the AC working. We had figured it out by the time he arrived but he was glad, not annoyed, asked if we needed anything else, that he lived not too far away. And we really liked the coffeetable that the top converts into a table to eat or work at if you're sitting on couch. Adorable getaway, so much better and more cost-effective than staying at the hotels on the oceanfront.

Great location, very close to beach and boardwalk but in quieter end of resort. Comfortable accommodation. Good parking and amenities close by.

this was a great place to stay, right on the beach and in a very walkable area at the end of the boardwalk that runs along the beach. space was stocked with essential items and the mattress and couch were comfortable. I had a great time, would recommend to friends, especially if traveling solo.

Charming studio on beach side (wild surfs during our stay!). The room was clean and our hosts so helpful. We are hoping to stay for a longer duration in the future. The 2 nights we spent there were peaceful and serene and We genuinely had nothing we could complain about.

The location was perfect right on the beach! The kids loved it and we can’t wait to go back!

The unit was small but precise. We had access to everything we needed - parking, beach, pool, 7/11, and the trolley stops right outside for trips down the boardwalk. Just enough stuff for a small group as far as dishes, refrigerator space, and so on. We had a great time and had a nice safe place to rest our heads!

Great place, with all the amenities covered and more. The lawn is a great apot to relax and the unit is steps to the beach. Is our second stay and we will be back!

The building is old so it isn't very appealing from the outside. However the room itself was very clean and cute. It had everything you could need for an extended stay. We did not utilize the bikes or the extras. The parking for us and it's location was not ideal for us. We would have liked to park onsite. The parking is across the street next to a 711, so it isn't secured or monitored. Consequently our car was hit in the parking lot overnight. To be fair I supposed it could have happened anywhere on the strip but I'll venture to say that private hotels and businesses have surveillance. Other than that misfortune, our stay was very comfortable. A quick walk to the shore and boardwalk, very conveniently located about a 10-15 minute drive to Walmart, Oceana Nex, and the aquarium. If you don't want to drive, restaurants and shops line Atlantic Ave, it's all within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the condo was very clean and perfect for ower stay.

Beautiful, clean, had everything we would need for a day on the beach. Overlooked the pool and could see the ocean it was perfect.

My wife and I found this property and its location to be perfect for the 2 of us. The space itself is great for 2 folks and the surrounding area is something of a gift. It is a hidden gem - glad my wife found it in her search.We hope to return next year.

Wonderful location on the north end of the boardwalk with ocean views and wonderful amenities like beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler! Highly recommend!

The condo is a refurbed motel room. Great location. Manager was quick to respond to questions_concerns. Cooking items were dirty and the sponge at the sink wrung out dirty water. Bathroom/shower were nicely redone.

Very dated and worn. Baseboards and vent need to be cleaned. Couch worn and not very clean.

This was one of the most ideal stays we have encountered. From the opening communication to the moment we left, we could not have asked for a better experience. The unit is a studio but held everything we could need and want. The owners were wonderfully communicative and provided depth information. Above all, the unit is so wonderfully located, right next to the boardwalk and beach. I could only wish I could give everything more than 5 stars!

Overall, the property was kept up well and comfortable. The bed was not firm enough for us though. The beach was REALLY close to the room and the pool was right there as well. There was a lot to do in the immediate area and Virginia Beach as a whole was really beautiful. We had a nice weekend. The owners were very informative, communicated well and were responsive to us. The parking was okay but would've been better if it was on the property itself and not across the street. Where we parked near the 7/11, someone tampered with our vehicle.

Great communication with host! Unit was older than some, cleaner than most. Had all the essentials plus SO MUCH MORE. It was definitely home away from home with a beach cottage feel in a great location. I would stay again, hands down.

I brought my 70 year old mother to Virginia Beach for her first time. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. The location is perfect if you want a quite get away. The cottage was just steps from beach, pool was very nice, and the location to the trolley was an added bonus. The cottage clean and everything it was advertised to be an more. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay Was just surprised there was no handicapped parking space at the condo. The only other thing was once you pulled out the sofa there was barely enough room to get around safely for me. With bed pulled out and the coffee table at the end I had a really hard time getting to bathroom otherwise it was good
