The condo was well maintained and in great location for the pb courts. We hope to be back soon!!!

The location of this Condo was ideal! From your east facing doors, you could watch the sun rise over the water or step outside for an unobstructed view on an expansive patio with cushioned lounge chairs. I chose the latter with my coffee cup in hand. Dick was very responsive to all of our needs and questions both before and during our stay. Having a condo rather than a hotel is far superior in my opinion. The extra space and amenities (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms) are all a big bonus! We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Great unit and location. Had another unit in the complex rented too for other family members and had a great week of fishing, ATVing , hanging out by the pool and on the beach! Richard our host was great!

One thing we would love to have there is Beach chairs and unbrilla for the beach!

The kitchen did not have any liquid dish soap or paper towels or any dish rag or sponge and the beds are NOT QUEEN! 2 full beds and the sliding screen door got stuck more that it opened! But location is amazing!

Location is perfect and condo is very nice.

The location is amazing, and being able to walk out to the pool from the space was perfect with small kids. The unit itself could use a bit of upkeep/upgrades, but everything worked and we were overall very happy with our stay and the communication with the owner when required .

Quick beach vacation. Great location to walk to town. Beautiful beach. Comfortable condo, stocked with what we needed for some basic meals.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and roomy. It is located in a great spot poolside with a great view. Owner was helpful when needed. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in this building several times. We love the location. I was not going to leave a review; however I was prompted to do so by VRBO. I should preface this by say as a contractor and property manager myself I am pretty easy going about “stuff happens” and I am reluctant to leave negative reviews, however this unit was not prepared for our arrival no beds or bedding for our children. I was unable to reach the owner by phone or text throughout our trip. He did respond through the app after we rented another room to fit our family. The unit is listed as suitable for up to 8 people. Not even close. There are two very hard double beds. Listed as queens. There are air mattresses. However they were locked in a cabinet we did not have access to until the next day. There was no bedding for the air mattresses. The fridge and freezer smelled so bad like fish it stank up the house when opened. The oven was broken. The internet didn’t work. The owner was not at all concerned or apologetic. We could have rented a unit that would have fit our family with comfortable beds. Instead we had to rent another unit a mile away so we could all be comfortable. In my opinion the listing should be updated to reflect actual conditions. The beds should be upgraded. It is in a prime location.

Location, location. Ground floor unit right off pool and bar. The unit was nice, air conditioning worked great. Unit was well appointed but is starting to look a little tired inside. Did not really affect us but it could some. Nice little washer and dryer, plenty of bedding pillow and towels. There are two double beds an air mattress and couch. Overall we had a good time.

The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all of what Los Barriles has to offer, pool, beach, town and restaurants. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. We enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back.

Condo was clean, well equipped & conveniently located. Owner was a pleasure to work with. There was a minor issue when we checked in but the host/owner remedied it inmediately. Recommend the property
