The Space:

Villaggio 30B is a cozy condo located in Playa Potrero, a few minutes from the beach and many other convenient services like restaurants, clinic, drugstore, supermarkets and the local brewery. There is a parking space and security 24/7 in the main gate. Villagio Complex features a beautiful pool sourranded by gardens and palms, outdoor shower and pool chairs, There is a kids pool just next to the main one.



The condo has a main bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and a wood wardrobe, all these are was recently remodeled by the new owner. Need a travel crib No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



A twin bed can be used in the living room as a place to sleep or just hanging out with family and friends. If you continue upstairs there is a new loft made with local wood, the area has two single beds (you can join the beds together according to your preference to convert in a king), ceiling fan, wardrobe and half bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen is located just entering the condo, it has a garden view and all you need to prepare the meals of if you hire a private chef with our concierge service.



You can find a dining area in the condo terrace, especially designed to enjoy outdoor breakfast or any other activity with your love ones.



The property is already very secure since all the bungalows are connected to the security system, and there is always a security guard on site. In addition, Owner has installed a camera on the front wall of the villa, which covers the main door and front porch.
