Villager Retreat | Condo in Sun Valley with a wood-burning fireplace

Lots of plumbing problems and an uncomfortable mattress! Terrible communication from anyone!

This property is amazing! We had a great stay. The condo is super clean, cozy, and cute. It’s close to absolutely everything. The ski resort is easy to get to there’s plenty of parking. We ate at the Kneadery for breakfast. Then cooked dinner at the condo. They have everything you need to feel at home on vacation. We will be back for sure!!! 5 STARS!!!!!

This unit is nicely decorated and comfortable in a convent location to SV Village. The living areas are small, there is no air conditioning, and the bedroom with the bunk beds lacked window screens. For a couple of adults, this is a comfortable place to stay - but probably best to avoid the hottest summer months. The grounds are beautiful and lively to explore.

Small, nice condo that is walking distance to the SV Village. It has rocking chairs in living room - which we loved! No A/C, but it does cool down with windows open at night. Adding more window screens and comfortable outside chair or two would be nice additions.

Everything was nice and clean and well organized and equiped. WE would certainly recommend this Condo and come again.

Make sure you ask VACASA if they have done their due diligence to ensure the issues with this unit have been addressed. They knew about the leak and rented the condo anyway.

I stayed here with daughter while she attended a ballet event. It was a wonderful, comfortable condo just a short walk from the pavilion.

Condo was great - wonderful location. The bunk beds are very rickety - need to be replaced. The upstairs bathroom is very slow draining and the downstairs bathroom did not have cold water at the sink. We call to get the issues remediated and it took 3 days to fix.

The place was spotless and when we had a minor problem with a leak under the sink, they took care of it immediately. My only relatively minor complaint is that there are not very many cooking pans there. I realize most people probably go out, but I had planned to cook a meal and there were not enough pots and pans that was the only minor issue that could be easily remedied. Overall very good stay thank you

Perfect little condo in a great location.

We loved the condo. Very clean, quiet and really enjoyed the fireplace .

This property was great for my family of three and our week long stay in Sun Valley. The condo has everything you would need for a week away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of linens, towels, and having a washer and dryer combo was great too. We spent most of our time outside hiking, biking, and fishing, but when we were in the condo we were comfortable and cozy. There was one issue with the Condo which was handled promptly by the Vacasa team. The condo's convenience to the bus stop, combined with the walkability to town was superb. We would consider staying here again in the future!

Clean and good location.

This classic SV condo is ideally located. Just a short walk to the Sun Valley Lodge, Mall and Restaurants. Easy walk or bike to the city of Ketchum. It was quiet and very comfortable for the two of us.
