Villa Coyaba 205 4 Bedroom Beachfront Condo with complimentary beach service!

We just got back from the best week at the beach in the perfect condo for our family! Everything was exactly as described if not better. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the personalized note just made it even feel more welcoming! We decided to add an extra night and had great interactions with the staff before, during, and after our visit. This will definitely move to the top of our list!

The staff at Solely Beachfront and the owners of the condo made this trip to the beach truly amazing!! Easy check-in, easy checkout, posh accommodations and added amenities were all appreciated. The condo layout was perfect, and the balcony was equipped with more than enough furniture to relax. I am one to find flaws and I honestly couldn't find any!! Bravo!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved this property. It was perfect for the entire family!

Enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very nice, clean and plenty of room for our family of 8 to stay comfortably. Hunter with the beach service was very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay. Everything was seamless. I would have loved to have had two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom though. That was what we were use to at Majestic sun so we had just brought enough extra if there had been two in each bathroom. We also loved the convenience of having the umbrella and chairs set up for us everyday. We reserved two more from Hunter who was such a nice guy at the beach through Vacazyen

We loved everything about this condo! There were 6 of us and it fit our needs perfectly. We've stayed on 30A the last several years but this was much more convenient to the things that we wanted to do. Hunter was great in helping with our beach needs and always had a smile on his face. We want to stay there again.

Everything was as expected. Great location. With four bedrooms we all had plenty of space. The place was very nice and comfortable and good amenities.

We have stayed at several beachfront vacation rentals over the years, and this one is our new favorite! The unit was so well decorated, clean, and roomy. There was enough space for all seven adults to have a comfortable stay. The hosts thought of so many nice details as well. The showers were stocked with full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as travel-sized toiletries. There was coffee for the first morning, travel-sized dish soap, trash bags, and salt and pepper shakers. They even had a nice collection of board games we played on the cooler nights. The well-maintained pool was heated during our stay, which was most welcoming on the cooler days! The premises were clean and safe. It was also convenient to have reserved parking spaces in the lower-level garage on rainy days. We are grateful to the hosts for the hospitality and letting us stay in their “slice of heaven”! We hope to return in the future!

Love this unit! The new upgrades were a nice surprise. We will definitely be back!

We had some issues with the washer and management replied immediately and ended up bringing in a whole new washing machine. I had other questions that were answered immediately. I never had to wait. I appreciate knowing they were always a text away. It made our stay so much more enjoyable!

It was a great location for us & close to everything

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as our first trip was! We will never stay anywhere but here when we visit Florida!

Exceeded our expectations

Everything positive about this unit. I would use again. Just two comments for the owner. The door to the master bathroom does not close. Upper hinge has a problem. I tightened it but did not have tools for permanent fix. The sliding balcony doors are reaching the point where a child or small person can not move the door. I had the same doors on a condo in the Turks that I sold last year. You need to find a door company, order the lower roller assemblies and replace them. I did that and a child could move the door after the repair. They are great doors but need maintenance. Otherwise the unit is great.
