Villa Bella Vista Cay Penthouse/Lakefront Condo Overlooking the Pool & Lake Cay

Great property. This was our second year staying. We love how clean it is, and how attentive the host is. Three great bedrooms plus another sleeper/office—can’t beat it!It overlooks the pool, and has beautiful sunset views.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Location to the pool is convenient and distance to OCCC and restaurants and attractions excellent. We stayed in this condo last year as well and would recommend.

Very clean and spacious propert. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Everyone that you would have at home was available for use

We absolutely loved staying here the location is perfect right above the pool and overlooking the lake. The condo was very spacious and much larger than anticipated. Rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to make any meal. Hoping we can book again here next year!!

This property is nice and it is close to the theme parks. I would say it is fairly well furnished with kitchen needs. The reason I can't give it a better rating is :the lack of towel, horrible mattresses, and noise. Let me explain. The mattresses are horrible. You can feel the springs in them and made sleeping terrible. When we arrived we only had a towel and 1 washcloth for each person. I did text the number and that was taken care of quickly. I did complain about the mattresses but really there was nothing that they could do about that. The other problem was noise. You are right on the pool and they blast music all day until 11pm every night. No naps during the day and no sleep until 11pm. Even when it rains the music is blaring. So if you can handle the music and terrible beds this place is for you. No I want recommend anyone to stay here. We will stay Vista Cay again but not in this unit and away from the pool.

We stayed for volleyball nationals—the location is perfect! Spacious! The place was sparkling clean—which matters a lot to us! We will definitely book again next year. Many towels, starter packs of necessities, and a beautiful view of the pool and water. Great communication with host. Very nice housekeeper who helped us retrieve a lost item after we had checked out.5 stars!

We stayed here for our daughter's cheer Nationals at the Orange County Convention Center. It was the perfect location, pool was amazing (main pool is having refurbishments done but other pool was brand new and awesome), Publix within walking distance with amazing restaurants. Extremely clean and well stocked! Great view from balcony. The owner Bill was so helpful with all my questions and once we got on property the management was awesome---especially Teresa who was quick to answer my questions and was so helpful. I so appreciated that, she was above and beyond helpful,. If next year Nationals will be in same place I will book this again in a heartbeat! Several other families also styaed here and we all agreed it was fantastic! Thank you Bill!

Great location for the Orange County Convention Center activities - perfect condo, slept 6 adults easily. Excellent communication from owner.If we come back to the area, this will be our first choice!

I specifically chose our place because it had a view of the pool and lake and because the pool was so close, we get there to find the pool torn apart and under repair, to use another pool on the resort, we had to get summons a golf cart to take us there. I wish we’d have been informed of the pool being under construction. The condo itself was very spacious with a huge master bedroom and bath. Ate at a nearby place called the half barrel beer project, good food there.

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and spacious. Pool that the condo overlooks was under construction when we stayed, and we weren't told ahead of time.

It was exceptionally good. Quite a lovely stay.

Our stay here was perfect - the apartment is spotless,close to all attractions, and has some incredible amenities including a beautiful heated pool (which also has a bar area and Jacuzzi). Walking distance to the supermarket as well as other necessities. Plenty of space for our two families. Highly recommend. The property manager and owner were also really responsive via email, communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Place was nice but we were expecting to be able to swim and the place was under contract. If we would have known that then we wouldnt have booked with them.

Very nice condo with all features and appliances, only negatives were the pool and clubhouse were under construction and closed and the linens need updating.

The condo was great - a few light bulbs burned out over stove and in bathroom, but very clean and roomy and beautiful. I was told that the pool was closed after the cancellation period. I probably would have still kept the rental, but it seemed kind of wrong not to know ahead of time since one reason we chose the place was that it was right next to the pool. They had another pool that was supposed to be just a short walk, but it wasn't easy for our ages and carrying pool totes. It was too far so we had to drive there each time. Otherwise -location was great for shopping and parks, and again the condo itself was great.

Property and host were excellent, definitely recommend!
