Views! 3 family rooms, 2 master suites, Hot Tub!

There were so many things that were great about this place but, unfortunately, so many things that needed to be addressed.Starting off with the good, communication between the owners and management were fantastic. There was plenty of room for all of my family. The furnishings and beds were plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Having heated glove racks and a heated garage was really nice as well.Unfortunately, the home was not maintained as it should have been. Drains in shower and bathroom sinks didn't drain well and backed up when in use. The ceiling fan and fan in the powder room did not work. The dishwasher was not attached the cabinets and would literally fall out from under the counter when loading dishes. However, what really bothered us was the condition of the hot tub. The first time we went to use it, we discovered that the cover was literally split in half, so each side of the cover had to be dragged off to uncover. The water was so cloudy we didn't want to use it. We contacted the management company, and they service the tub the next day. On our third full day, we uncovered the hot tub only to see thick, gross yellow ring around the tub. Once again, we contacted the management company, and they came out to clean it and change the filter. Finally, on our last day, we were able to use the hot tub. We specifically rent homes with hot tubs for our ski vacations, so this was very disappointing.

The stay was great. The host provided everything we needed and responded to all our concerns. The house, the setting, and the environment was top notch.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was very spacious, had enough room for all the guests to sleep well. All the beddings and comforters were top notch. It was freezing outside but we were extremely comfortable in the house. Garrett was a great host and helped us out with all the things we needed. Would highly recommend this property to any families looking for vacation.

Houses were very close. 9pm noise ordinace was hard. Everyone was afraid to go outside to even sit on deck.

Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful. Owners allow for previous guests unused spices, etc to remain for future guests to use…which was very helpful. Our second visit…communication with management company is excellent. Extra charge for an early check-in exists, is not necessary with no prior night guests, and is a poor management practice.

Great property for multi family! Clean and spacious. Hot tub and pool table. Along with a well stock kitchen. Beautiful home with amazing views

Overall we had a nice stay. It is in a great location with great views. Lots of space for our group to spread out. The kitchen had a nice variety of pans and even a crockpot. Only a few things that separate this from a 5 star stay; the hot tub was ice cold when we got there. Turned it on and was ready for the next day! Had a lot of troubles with the fireplaces - especially the main floor one. Had to work hard to get the pilot light going every time. The beds were fairly comfortable, could use an upgrade in one of the double bedrooms. And also the towels we thought could be updated. Also one of the garage doors was broken it seemed so that was kind of a pain also. Otherwise it was a really nice stay for our family. Would come again for sure!

This place was great. This is our 3rd stay in recent years & we have no complaints. We had one minor issues like the coffee pot quit and it immediately replaced. Great management which can totally ruin a vacation.

Great Place Had a few issues, Hot tub had filter issues and Sofa Sleeper closet to the fireplace was broken, otherwise great thanks

We had a great time at this place. Home was spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the game room with pool table. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great vacation in Fraser. The house was just beautiful with a great view and wonderful accommodations. We’ll be back

Had a snafu upon check in. The door lock wasn’t working (low on battery). Thankfully, the door was open when we arrived. Communicated to management and they got it fixed immediately. Not a big deal. We’re ping pong lovers. So we were super excited to play. Sadly, there wasn’t a ping pong table. It got damaged from the previous tenants. So, that was a real bummer. Other than those two things, the place was great. Management was quick to respond. The size was perfect. The hot tub was awesome. We would definitely be back!
