Other Things to Note:

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space for our guests. Our team follows strict cleaning protocols, and we regularly fumigate the property to keep it pest-free. However, due to Florida’s warm climate, high humidity, and the property's proximity to the water, it’s common for local insects, including the occasional roach, to make an appearance—even after our best efforts.

Most of the time, you might find them already deceased as a result of our regular pest control. While this is a rare occurrence, we believe in being transparent. If you’re particularly sensitive to insects and this could impact your stay, we suggest considering another option to ensure your comfort

Nice spot. Definitely as advertised. The bed was definitely firm. There really does need to be a cover for the bathroom window though. All in all a great little spot and would stay there again.

To start, I was greeted by mosquitos in the apartment for the first 2 days. The owner told me that this is to be expected. This apartment reminded me of my college days in a dorm. The stained, uncomfortable couch, the rusty appliances, the hard platform bed, the molded cheap dinette chairs and the powerful smell of bleach brought back memories. You can hear your neighbors through the walls and with the a/c compressor right next to the bedroom window, you are sure to have an interrupted nights sleep. Laundry is outside with no lights, so if you need to use the laundry in the evening, bring a flashlight. You will need to hang a towel over the shower window for privacy, as the clear window looks out on the front of the apartment. There is only streaming TV, no local cable channels for local news or sports. I never could find the trash cans - I took my trash to the office. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, safe and convenient. Nice for walking around. If you are just looking for a place to drop you luggage, shower and sleep, its OK. But if you will be spending any length of time in the apartment, I would look for a more comfortable property

The apartment is smaller than expected. We chose it for the outside terrace for our dog, but the broken front gate meant we couldn’t let him out without supervision, limiting our plans. Although the location is excellent and feels safe, the faulty gate and basic door lock made us uneasy. Inside, the decor was nice, but the bathroom cabinet was chewed, rust was present in several areas, and the sealed amenities smelled old. There was only bar soap and shampoo, lacking shower gel, which was inconvenient. The fridge was rusty, and some appliances were not clean. The AC was extremely loud, making it hard for light sleepers to rest. Additionally, the bathroom window lacked privacy, necessitating a covering. On the plus side, the apartment had a good desk and chair, which helped with work. However, communication with the owner was frustrating; responses often took hours. One morning, an employee woke us by blowing leaves right outside our window at 7:30 AM, which was inconsiderate. We stayed for two nights, but anything longer might have been uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment has potential, the maintenance and cleanliness issues make it not worth the price.
