Stayed Feb 1, 2023The villa was wonderful. It has everything you will need. An updated kitchen with lots of utensils, Chicago Cutlery, several appliances and pots and pans. Also, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. There is a nice lawn and pool area with a nice view of the ocean from both patios. The unit is very clean and comfortable. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is so well equipped and everything in such good working order, I didn't have to ask the host for anything except some help with the tv remote as I'm not very techie! Darrin was very helpful and patient explaining how to use the cable box. He also checked in periodically to see if everything was going okay. There is an attached garage which is nice for keeping your car out of the hot sun. There is a bar and grill within walking distance and shopping and many restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed being close to historical St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Speedway, The World Golf Hall of Fame and several golf courses. This place has it all!
