Stayed Apr 1, 2023This is our 2nd time staying here. Great experience again. Very clean, great water pressure in the showers, lots of towels, convenient laundry in the condo. Also, kitchen is very well equipped, strong Wi-Fi, several TVs with fubo, covered parking spot. Checkin process was smooth and Tim and Andrea were very responsive. We plan to book again for our next trip if it’s open.

Stayed Jan 3, 2023This was our first time renting a place for a month. We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were very sociable and friendly. The only concern I think should be included in the listing is that no golf privileges are given, you must be a member to play at the Plantation courses.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022A repeat stay at this condo. So clean, everything we needed in kitchen supplies and more. Bed was comfy. Owner and local villa manager are are both wonderful and Very responsive. Friendly neighbors . Next year is booked for our return, and we can’t wait. Plantation neighborhood is a wonderful location for biking and walking. Thanks.

Stayed Jan 4, 2022If you have a pet, even if quiet and well behaved, a renter can not stay here. Only owners are allowed dogs.

Stayed Dec 12, 2021The condo was just as advertised. The owner was very easy to work with. Our family loved the nature in the neighborhood- Sand Hill Cranes came by to say hello each day and the curious squirrels were hilarious! They stare at you from outside the screened-in lanai.
