Modern and nicely decorated apartment (Non smoking) in the countryside, 45 sqm, quiet yet central location, separate entrance with private furnished sun terrace in the Mediterranean garden, 5 minutes walk to the center, light rail and the Rhine island with boat docks. 2 minute walk to bakery,supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and banks.

Spacious and bright kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher, living room with sofa bed (sofa bed), wing chair, coffee table and 2 single beds (which can be put together as a double bed), LED HD flat screen TV (32 inches) with Wi-Fi mode, satellite TV , Playstation 4, Radio, CD Player, Telephone, Wi-Fi for free. Bathroom with window, bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer. Towels and linen included. Ironing board and iron available. Our own sun terrace with wooden garden furniture with parasol. Seat cushions are available. Cyclists welcome, pets on request.

We have reserved for you a free parking space.

We rent e-bikes (pedelecs) to guests.

For stays of one week, you will get two e-bikes (pedelecs) for a day.

In the house are bookable until 2 bedroom for a stay of more than 2 people. This allows the apartment with 4 people use.

    Achim is very responsive and you can tell that he cares about this place. It was impressively clean and well-stocked. Included are all the towels you could wish for, your own telephone landline, and a number of German novels. He and his wife live upstairs and I hear that we have his wife to thank for the intricate gardening work, which surrounds every corner of the house with life. I stayed for 2 weeks without a car and was perfectly independent. It's a great location with the discount supermarket out the back gate and around the corner. Classic vegetable stand is closer to the center of town, as well as a friendly wine depot (Jacques'), fancy bakeries (Nottebrock, Gilgen), and this is all easy walking distance - specifically from this central location. Public transit stations are close as well. Take an easy stroll to the Grafenwerth island, get a nice green loop in as part of your stay. But if you arrive and you're not sure what to do, Achim gives great ideas and perspective on local, seasonal offerings. The rooms are all quite large for an apartment of this size. Expect plenty of space for cooking, lounging, working on a laptop, reading, gazing out the window, preparing to go to an event, and thus would work well for more than one person. It's worth noting that the back garden space itself is not part of the rental. Hope to be back at some point! Next time I would like to try one of their rental bikes. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.
