I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Amanecer in Huatulco was fantastic! The unit was really nice – everything was brand new, and the furniture modern and felt like home! I work remote and found this place to be perfect for a long-term rental. Wifi was strong for me to do all my calls and zoom meetings. Most days I spent working on the terrace with a beautiful view. It was also a perfect place to relax and unwind with a book. The unit is very spacious with a beautiful living room. If you are staying with a few people, there is also a separate cozy reading and tv room. I loved spending time at the pool, both in the unit and infinity pool on the property. And the beach was great for snorkeling with a lot of colourful fish. The beds and linens were very comfortable and I slept well throughout my entire trip. The location of this property was very convenient – close to all the shops, restaurants, and other beaches. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!

What sets this unit apart is its beautiful, modern, one of a kind interior design. The attention to detail in ensuring guests have everything they could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It's rare to find a rental that feels like a luxury hotel, yet comfortable like a home. You get to enjoy panoramic views from the unit of the ocean and lush greenery.The unit is very spacious and is great for hosting guests. You can sit on the terrace, relax or go a swim in the pool and have a dinner right on the terrace with a beautiful view. The property has a separate infinity pool with gorgeous views as well. You can also take the stairs down to the beach. Beach is a great place to go swimming and snorkeling with the vibrant underwater scenery. This unit is also located steps away from a beautiful lookout point where you can watch the sunset! The location was ideal, short cab ride from the town and many dining options Huatulco has to offer.
