Great location, clean, comfortable and an incredible record collection!

very convenient location close to the Gulch area and downtown Nashville. Very nice place the condo was in a great location in building. close to elevator, parking, gym and pool.Very nicely stocked and equipped for making a meal. It is just Nice as the pictures show. Great size for the 2 of us. Definitely would stay again.Thank you we really enjoyed our visit.

We have been staying at vrbo locations for the past month. This location was wonderful! We felt safe. It was very clean. It was bright and cheery. Communication was perfect! I even screwed up my dates as I had been on the road for so many days I lost track and they were able to give us an extra night on the fly with no issues. It offered of the ammenities we needed and then some.Parking was simple and easy. We never needed the garage. Street parking was ample. The host was very kind. Location was perfect distance from all of the key places to see and do.

This is our second stay at this building. This room was great. Modern and cozy. We love the location as it’s walking distance to all the major attractions but far enough away to ensure quite and peaceful rest. Host communication is top tier and greatly appreciated. We will stay again!

Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Short UBER drive to Broadway and cheaper than paying for parking. Really like the option of parking in the garage at the condo. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

Place was great and very clean. Location is great, used uber and walked to some places. Right next to place you can store luggage before check in.

We had a trip to Nashville for my daughter’s softball tournament and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week. A locked parking garage is a plus, we enjoyed the swimming pool, close to great shopping and Broadway! If heading back to Nashville would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our anniversary getaway at this cute condo. Host was very quick to respond to any requests we had. This place made you feel like you were right at home. We will definitely book here again if we are back in the area for another trip.

Everything was as advertised in the listing. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, beautiful bathroom and a wonderful walkout balcony right next to the pool. I would certainly stay again!

The condo is located in a great location! Super clean and well decorated. The owner was helpful in providing detailed directions, codes, food recommendations & local attractions, etc. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was very nice! The apartment was clean and conveniently located to Downtown. Unit is secure and I felt very safe. Owners were very prompt when we had questions which was great! Overall, great stay.

Close enough to get too everything but out of the busy area. Place was well stocked and description was dead on. If you are able to walk it’s an easy 20 mins to downtown Nashville. Condo is in a quite and safe neighborhood.

Great condo, easiest check in process ever, convenient and safe/secure parking. Very efficient overall and host is extremely responsive all the time! Highly recommend this unit.

The unit was clean,nicely decorated,bed was very comfortable. Nice, friendly coffee shop about 10 minute walk with reasonable delicious food! Ordered “out” the first night. Convenient. Uber was reliable and affordable also. Very well organized. Would choose this unit again.

Stayed for a couple of days midweek. Location was great, walkable to both Broadway and great restaurants in the Gulch.

first time to Nashville, and will definitely stay here again! Easy to park and free parking and easy access to The Gulch area and quick to 12 south area. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do! Clean and plenty of room for our family of 4

We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was a short drive to restaurants, stadium and bars. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place exactly as pictured! The bed was so comfortable! The apartment was quiet and close to Vanderbilt and downtown. We had a car and the parking was convenient. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

We absolutely enjoyed out stay, the property was very clean, easily accessed and had most of what we would need. The owner was very responsive and reached out to us to make sure we had what we needed. Would stay here again for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay! The condo was exactly as pictured online and the check in process was easy and the host was very helpful. Although there is a parking spot I found street parking was very convenient. No complaints- I would totally stay here again!

First time in Nashville and the place was great. You could walk to Broadway (~1.8 Miles) and the Gulch (~.7 miles). Joyride is right next to the building, so easy to get a ride if you don't want to walk. There is also a little bar next to the building where Joyride is. Great location, clean, and host kept in constant contact to see if I needed anything. Highly recommend.

We had a 5 night stay for first timers in Nashville. Check-in was easy, parking garage was great for unloading luggage- close to elevators. Condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Very spacious for 2 people- shower and bathroom very large, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Kitchen was hreat for preparing meals and living space cozy. Porch area facing pool area was great for morning coffee. We did use pool 2 days and it was very nice- clean and relaxing. Neighborhood was good, quest- no issues. We drove/ubered most places so can’t comment on walking distance to things. It’s located close to all neighborhoods around Nashville- we spent time in many areas so it was great location for us. Would highly recommended for a couples relaxing getaway while checking out what Nashville has to offer. Thank you, GA/SC couple July 2024

We really enjoyed our time in Nashville. The location was perfect for us as it is a very short Uber ride to broadway and far enough to be a quiet end to the day. Definitely would stay here again.
