Updated! VERY CLEAN w/Awesome Main Channel view, Sleeps 8 Boat slip available

Well decorated and amazing views! Very comfortable and clean.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Great location! The beds were very comfortable. The only caution would be the bed in the master bedroom was very high. If you are short or have mobility issues, it will be a challenge.

This location was very clean, and helped make our Lake of the Ozarks trip very nice. Fantastic view, with quite a bit of activity on the lake for this last weekend of September.

Nice place could use some upgrades on kitchen appliances and skillets There’s no bbq pit and docks for boats are extremely far from condo Other then that we had no issues

The property was just as described.

The condo has been updated recently, looks nice. Don't look under the beds, you will find an inch of dust. Old fashioned door keys are just that, key pad would be better. Couch is propped up with wood. TV's are small. You are not allowed to add any apps such as You Tube TV, the Roku is locked and the host has no pin for it. The most concerning issue, the host can't admit or fix problems. She double booked our boat slip and has failed to take responsibility for it. This caused our boat to be moved and damaged by the other renter she had in another unit. She has ceased all communication after being confronted with the problem. Security is only in control of parking passes and will not assist with problems on the docks. Make sure you lock your boat to the slip to avoid your boat being moved. I am really disappointed our stay had to end like this.

The condo worked perfectly fine for our vacation. We would stay there again, but just noticed that the unit needed a few upgrades. The sliding screen door fell off the first time we tried opening it. After a few days we had ants coming into the unit. The shower in the main area was a total mystery on how to get the water to be hot. Probably could use a new hot/cold lever. Biggest issue was that the glass deck door was unable to lock. There was a lock on the door, but it didn’t work properly. We had 4 kids in the unit and it felt like a safety issue that I couldn’t lock access to the deck when I needed to with all my kids around.

Watching boats go back and forth, boring after 1st day. Caves were good. Food good. Stores good. Boat trip showed opulence of the area. The lake has such a history that I found on line, not on the boat trip. Friends were great. Beautiful area but I would not revisit.

We loved our stay. Watching sunrises & sunsets from the balcony were amazing. The place was clean and centralized for the things we wanted to do.

Great view of lake from deck. Everything as advertised. Unit was clean and excellent condition.

The condo was clean. The master bed is tall. And I mean really tall. If you have any mobility issues it would be hard to get in and out of. The per night charge was reasonable. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive. The dock slip was nice to have.

Everything was excellent. Couldn’t figure out how to run fan with light out in small bedroom. No instructions. Every thing else was excellent. Beautiful view. Absolutely awesome.

It was perfect. The view was amazing, the location was close to everything we needed, especially Margaritaville, where my daughter was competing. My teens approved the updates and the vibe. We sure will return. Thank you!

This condo was very nice and pleasant to stay in. It was a little comfusing to find as the GPS stops you at the pool. We also couldn’t find the lock box right away. But those are just minor things. It was clean and comfy.

Came to relax. No alarms, no schedule. All was wonderful... except bed was too tall... had to use the stepladder to get into the bed.

Condo was comfortable and close to many ammenities. Beautiful view of channel and hosts were very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Our first time to the Ozarks was great- so much to do. Property had everything that you needed. Check in check out process was excellent. Plenty of space for our family of four. The pool at the entrance is heated and way warmer then the pool closest to this unit. We would definitely use this Property again and would recommend it. There are a few things that would have made the experience a little bit more enjoyable: 1. The deck was covered in cobwebs and dead bugs, i would definitely add that to get cleaned. 2. As others had mentioned the bed was so high it would take me a couple tries to climb in- im average height. The bed frame and headboard need tightened or changed, with every turn it would shake and hit the wall. 3. The couch sinks when you sit in it, my husband and I mostly sat on the loveseat. 4. Adding ice cube trays to be filled for the next renters would be great as well. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would use this Property again.
