Updated Unit / Great View / Top Floor, 5th

Great beach. Location is about 20ish minutes from Gulf Shores so try to bring everything to minimize driving back and forth. The accommodations are great and the unit even has beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach toys. 3 pools, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great.

We’ve stayed at this property for several years and always enjoy our time. This particular unit has a great view and is nicely updated. There is tons of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for making meals or enjoying a drink. Checking in was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was very comfortable, beds comfortable, clean condo, had a great week with family! Only negative is the door is a little hard to manage getting in and no washer and dryer in condo, but it was a great place.

The property was perfect. Location was spot on as described. The beach toys were perfect for kids. Sassy Bass was a great dinner and only a short walk away. Would stay here again!

Amazing property. Location is a quick 20 minutes from the festival. Finding our condo was easy and getting in was slick with the key code we set up with Dean. Property is clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a great stay. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

The view & amenities were amazing! A short walk to the pool, beach, Sassy Bass, etc. Communication & check in was a breeze. Very clean! I would stay here again & highly recommend it!

The condo is completely remodeled. Everything is brand new. It is fully stocked and the location is great.

I picked it because 2 bed 2 bath for me and my older adult sons. Twins in second room for them was fine they said. My queen bed was very comfortable and love the walk in shower. Beach was right across and pool was nice. My brother, wife and kids were in a house close by,closer than we thought ;walking distance so that was a plus. Kitchen was stocked pretty well, had to buy a sponge but at least cheap lol i bought cheap mainstay brand keurig since easier/cheaper for me to bring my kcups instead of buying coffee for my one cup a day. Donated to condo so he has it for others. Great week spent with my sons and my neices for her softball tourney.

Dean was a wonderful host! The communication was great, the property was nice, updated & clean. Would definitely use this property & host again!

First things first…this place is nice and clean! There were lots of extras we weren’t expecting (beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, etc). There’s plenty of storage for all your clothes and stuff…and hooks for drying your beach/pool clothes. The walk from the condo to the beach was very easy, even with a toddler. And the beach was amazing and not crowded at all! If I had to be picky and list one critique…we wished there was plastic bowls/plates (#toddler). But next time we’ll just bring some. And Dean was amazing. He was very accessible and answered any questions we had. But most of all, he’s human. We accidentally left a very loved and cherished stuffed animal behind. After getting home and realizing it, I messaged him pretty late at night and he said he’d try to find “Ella.” And he did! With the help of his housekeeper, Ella will make her way back to her 7 y/o owner. Sorry for the long review but this place and these people deserve it! We would stay here again and again.

Had a mastermind meeting with family members who handle the operations for the business then we hit the beach! Kids enjoyed! Unit was great and as advertised! Resort was quiet and peaceful! People were also friendly. Would definitely book again! R. Hobson Red Feather U.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience! The property was super clean and as beautiful as the pictures showed. Short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony. My family and I can’t wait to stay here again!
