A short family vacation. The place is clean and neat. The facility is nice. Didn’t use the pool and but the pool area is popular.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Looks exactly as pictured. Parking is easy. Host was wonderful to deal with. Check in was awesome. Would stay again!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting relatives. Excellent place and extremely comfortable and very clean. Holly was very nice and always was in touch. Will be back.

Had a great time, the accommodations were perfect, close to everything and far enough way to be peaceful and quiet.

Cleanliness was a plus, the host was prompt to texting back and very helpful I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism. Everything in the property was needed from dishes to aluminum foil to throw away cups.it even had a grill. I will be booking this property again. Thanks Mrs.Holly

Clean and scenic. Porch facing the water was nice. Note: three flights of stairs to navigate with luggage, in case of mobility difficulties. Convenient location to restaurants.

Great location in Osage Beach! In the middle of anything you'd like to do. Beautiful views from the private balcony and very quiet. We loved the grill on the balcony and the boat slip was a big plus for us!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean and comfy. We did have one little issue with a breaker tripping but as soon as i contacted the host, she got back with me right away and helped get it fixed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Heron Bay. We have been coming to the LOTO for years. The condo has a great view, was very clean, (which often times, in our experience, many rentals are not), and the bed was king size and comfortable. Holly was receptive and responded quickly to emails and was very helpful with questions and requests. We would stay in this condo again. The boat slip was large enough for our boat and in good shape. The cove is no wake and quiet.

Relaxing stay. The room was clean, parking was close, everything operated flawlessly, convienently located near everything the area has to offer.

A lot of stairs so not for everyone and the dock wasn’t as close as we hoped but overall great place. Nice location. The dock slip was nice to have available. The locals were friendly.

We are boating enthusiasts in town for a short business stay. The condo fit our needs perfectly, great location to local amenities, great view, we had time to rent a boat and made use of the condo docks which were clean, solid, stable structures. very much enjoyed our stay and we would return for a vacation.

The property was clean, had a nice view of the water, was stocked with extra supplies, games, the host was very helpful with tips and ideas. Comfortable furniture and bed. Good location, close to Lake activities, state parks, restaurants.

This was our first time coming to Lake of the Ozarks. It was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was trying to navigate our little 23' fishing boat through the parking lot of the condo's and get it unloaded into the water via the ramp available there. This wasn't disclosed in detail in the listing as to the difficulty in putting the boat in and having to park the trailer in a cramped parking lot specifically for trailers (at $5/day). We managed and our host was extremely helpful in getting us set up. There are other options to putting your boat in around the area, but we did not know the details until we got there. We'll know next time - there will be a next time!!
