Updated - Dolphins - MOM Clean - Waterfront- Lux 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath (Unit #203)

Condo was perfectly appointed, beautifully decorated and spacious. Located in an area that was close to all with a marina in the rear and beach across the street. Pack your bathing suit and just show up. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect. We had 6 teenagers and 2 adults, and there was plenty of room. Walking distance to everything, and so much fun. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He thought of everything. The condo was super clean! The location was excellent. Walking distance to get all we needed.

The host and location were amazing. We had a group of 18 of us in 2 spots and we had more than enough space, with something for everyone.

First thing the owner and the property manager were both great! Very easy to communicate with them. The condo is very nice and location was different for us because we normally do oceanfront , but it was very nice and a short stroll to the beach. Walked everywhere and got in the car once which was nice. Thank you so much!Steph

Beautiful and luxurious condo. Bryan is so professional and 100% responsive. He gave such a personal touch to our stay! Over looking the bay while sitting on the patio was a favorite pastime. The view is so calm and serene and quiet, unlike the close by chaos of the beach atmosphere. We will return!

Roomy condo. Decent location

My family consisting of myself, my wife, three children and one son-in-law stayed at Bryan‘s condo. It was spotless. Very roomy. Ideal location less than a five minute walk to the beach.

Stayed in this wonderful condo with 6 adults & 4 kids. I really can not say enough about this condo. It was perfect! It was everything as advertised & more. The owner is wonderful & communication was fantastic! We definitely will be visiting again! Thanks for so many wonderful memories!❤️

We went on a girls trip, right after Hurricane Helene and Milton and were a bit nervous about it. Bryan reassured us it would still be a great trip and he was right! Every time I messaged him with a concern or question he would call me with in 5 minutes to answer questions. He was thorough and detailed. He met us upon arrival, there was a welcome basket with snacks, everything was perfectly clean, there were tons of beach towels, regular towels, extra blankets, a whole walk-in closet of sand toys, beach toys/balls, 6 Tommy Bahama chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. He had some coffee to get us started, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the condo was clean and quiet. We loved the balcony, it was large and had lots of seating, and was a beautiful view. It was a short walk to the beach and shops. Really there's nothing more we could have wanted. To top it off, Bryan cam by the condo one day to drop off a dozen donuts! I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this was the best one yet! Thank you Bryan for a great vacation!

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Bryan our host was very helpful and explained the area to a tee which made our trip more relaxing. His thoughtfulness with supplies in the condo was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to others and we all would stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in this area at Clearwater!! Bryan was so helpful to give suggestions - the house was so beautiful and very very clean!! We saw dolphins everyday and manatees!!

Bryan is an amazing host. Place is beautiful and anything I asked Bryan, he was super responsive. We did a fishing charter and they picked us up right at the condo at the dock. Definitely will book again. You WON’T be disappointed.

We stayed at many VRBO's and this Condo was one of the best for condition and outfitting of the 4-bedroom unit. Location was fabulous. But the best part was our dealings with the owner/manager. He was the most responsive and helpful owner we have ever dealt with. No question we will want to stay at this unit the next time we have a vacation in the Clearwater Beach area.

We had a great time here! Highlights were looking for dolphins on the balcony, having ALL the beach and pool toys we could need, fishing on the dock, and having 2 rooms with king size beds for both couples! Bryan was fabulous and we really enjoyed our time in the condo!

Our experience staying here and the communication with the host Bryan, was top notch! After booking, I reached out to Bryan for recommendations on fishing charters. He responded quickly with detailed info and the people who went absolutely loved it! The condo itself was immaculate. The attention to detail was like nothing we've seen before in a rental property. Every convenience of home was thoughtfully considered. Beach chairs, beach towels, and even a beach cart was provided. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is stunning and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect and accessible to everything. Bryan was a spectacular host and his knowledge of the area is invaluable when it comes to making recommendations. When he says he is only a text or phone call away, he means it. Thank for everything...we couldn't have picked a better place to stay and it will be hard to stay anywhere else in Clearwater!
