Updated condo with patio, central AC, washer/dryer, indoor pool, & tennis

The property was calm, pretty and the outdoor pool was clean and resfreshing!

Smells like cat urine. No way worth the price being charged.

The location of the condo was great, and I enjoyed the layout of the space itself. Upon entry, the space was not very clean: the floor was dirty, the walls were dusty, and there were children’s handprints on many of the glass surfaces. There were also some other inconveniences with the property: the bathroom door in the second bedroom did not close, and the upstairs neighbors were fighting and screaming profanities at one another. However, the property is as-pictured, but I just wish the cleaning was a bit better.

The space itself was as described. We loved the layout and the location. However, it was dirty. The floors were dirty, the walls were covered with dust and cobwebs, and there were children’s handprints on the mirrors. Additionally, the bathroom door in the second bathroom doesn’t close at all. Furthermore, the upstairs neighbors frequently fought and said profane things to one another; it was to the point where I almost contacted the police. Ultimately, I would not stay again.

Neat place, the patio was full of pollen and the sauna wasn't working properly but everything else was super.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and close to the shops. .

Nice place ?? but the only issue is how the parking situation is strange cause you have to park in the back of the property and walk through the side to get to the entrance of the place beside that perfect place!!

Block from the beach was very convenient! My friend and I went down for a visit so have two full bathrooms was a big plus. The amenities in the kitchen were a bit sparse but other than that OK.

Loved King Bed & Xfinity TV. Didn't like that the coffee pot was left on and carafe cracked Bathroom floor dirty, two old dirty bathroom rugs on floor. Dirt under couch, dirty furnace filter and dehumidifier, poor water pressure in shower. Maintenance needs done.

This condo has loads of potential but needs some repairs! 1-sliding glass door in master unable to open or close completely 2-bathroom door in 2nd bath does not shut completely 3- sofa bed was broken not able to be used! 4- front gate sticks and doesn’t shut completely 5-no dish pans or drying rack to use. Noticed the counter is warping due to water damage around sink, needs caulking too. 6- no dish clothes, had to use a washcloth to wipe kitchen area. 7- kitchen walls and counter need a good scrub down. Apparently cleaning crew isn’t doing that. 8-oven wasn’t cleaned when preheated it set off smoke alarm when oven door opened at 12:30 am. 9- I’ll just say I was glad I brought my own pots and pans bc not much there for cooking and what I did use needed scrubbed prior to using. Reservations was simple, after hour check in simple. Team was friendly. Not a bad place just needs a little repair or it won’t stay that way and some kitchen items need available or info that ppl know they need to provide themselves. 10- please mark the kitchen and garbage disposal switches! It’s a safety hazard!
