Updated condo with air conditioning in the heart of downtown Kona.

We were looking forward to a pool, but the pool was unavailable for the entire duration of our stay due to repairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Hawaii! The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed during our visit, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time in the screened lanai — it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The air conditioning was definitely appreciated and worked great, keeping the condo cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the convenient parking spot was definitely a big plus.Communication with the host was easy throughout our stay, and she always responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great area to stay in, so many things within walking distance. Condo was fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. AC worked great and we loved sitting out on the screened in area to drink coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We totally enjoyed our month in Kailua Kona at this condo. It was in a super area for going out to eat, shopping, close to other places you might want to visit, clean and well-stocked. Holly was very responsive about a situation that was actually outside the actual condo. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone--not just a couple but maybe those with young children, who might sleep on a couch? Great shower and comfortable bed.

The host was very responsive. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants and coffee shops. We stayed here for the Ironman and it was so convenient. We could walk to the race start and my husband could walk to locations on the bike and run course. Would highly recommend this rental!

Well stocked in every way! Linens, kitchen, food, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, boogie boards, toys. The lanai was perfect for sleeping and lounging in the nice quiet neighborhood. You can’t find a better location in Kona: it’s a short walk to the beach, good restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!

It was so nice to stay in the unit. We could go a couple blocks to eat & shop. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to have a cold beverage. We would stay here again.

Great location! The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean but we made do. Kitchen was more than adequate. Lots of supplies in the kitchen which was very nice. We will come again. Mahalo!

The condo is in a good location, walking distance to everything. The property is well stocked and has anything you might need, including items to go play on the beach or have a picnic. Accessing the property was easy and the host communication was good. No issues. We had a lovely time and would rent this property again.

We moved over to the condo after spending a week at our timeshare. The location is great. Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. We did apricate all of the storage containers. We were able to park in the upper lot and not the underground. The air conditioning is great. Also, the screened in Lani was nice in the early morning for breakfast. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect, the condo is beautiful and the condo was well stocked. I would definitely come back. The air conditioner worked perfectly.
