Updated Condo-Private Path to Beach~3BR St Martin Beachwalk Villas 131

I did not realize that its no elevator the beds was not comfortable they need new mattresses the house was clean i did not like that you only get 2 parking spots and we had 3 cars i paid to much because there was no elevator that condos are for young people not old because of the stairs i am 60 years old

The condo was mostly clean, but dishes had been put away dirty. Two of the stove eyes did not work, but I fixed one and was able to cook for my family. Nothing was mentioned in the listing about having to wear an arm band to go to the pool or the beach. Also, the “rules” that guests could not sit in certain places on the beach were not thoroughly explained and were extreme. You definitely get in a workout going up and down stairs, but that was mentioned in the description. Extra blankets would have been nice as well with eight people. There were plenty of towels and dishes. There was an issue with the washer and getting a hold of the RealJoy representative was extremely easy, especially on a holiday! Their response was quick and very appreciated!!! Overall not a bad stay, but not sure I would stay here again.

Overall very good experience! I wish kitchen was alittler cleaner, and alittle more updated cooking ware since we like to cook alot. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Close to beach

The condo was your basic beach condo. It was clean, easy to find and except for the 3 mornings where the garbage was picked up at 5:30 it was quiet. We would rent it again.

This place was very clean and had all I needed for a family of 7. I will definitely rent from them again . I loved the private access to the beach.

We stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend. It was a group of 5 and we were extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. You do have to bring your own coffee, filters & spices/condiments but that’s all listed in the email before check in. After our first morning I noticed the coffee pot wasn’t working & the trash can was automatic but didn’t work. So I emailed the property and by the middle of the day they had brought a new coffee pot and trash can. They’re very accommodating. Would stay here again

The property and location are good but this place is lacking in so many basic amenities that should be included in short term holiday rentals: - hairdryer - beach towels - cooking oils, salt and pepper, coffee, tea (NOTHING AT ALL IN THE KITCHEN STAPLES) - Laundry detergent - left 2 dishwashing tabs only for a 3 night stay - 6 forks, 5 mugs in an apartment for up to 9 guests! - comforters with no covers on them just put on top of the sheets was also a bit weird. Management also took nearly a while day to respond to enquiries. They send you a list of what to pack but by this time the place is booked and non-refundable. My advice, pay more and stay somewhere this is all included and it will serve you much better in the long run. Nice enough property, badly managed.

We stayed at this property for my birthday and we loved this condo. It was quiet, great location, beautiful beach access & the apartment was fully stocked for our stay. Scenery wasn’t the best but I would DEFINITELY book again. Thank so much Realjoy, see you again soon!
